Chalet Camparan - Saint Lary Soulan

Ideally situated on a mountainside, very quiet in a village overlooking the valley of Aure, the terrace of the chalet will offer a beautiful view and panoramic south.
Near the slopes: Saint-Lary 4km (new gondola live Valley on the slopes), Piau-Engaly 25km. Many walks and hiking (30 minutes Pyrenees National Park and Reserve Néouvielle). In summer, Spain is easily accessible (22km) through the tunnel Aragnouet-Bielsa. The Aure valley is ideally located for summer recreation (hiking, rafting, canyoning, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, paragliding ...) or winter (skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ...)

The chalet is facing south - southwest, large sun terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas, large living room bright kitchen with fireplace. 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 children's room with 4 beds), a spacious bathroom, bathroom, garage with table tennis, garden of 400 sqm.

On the ground floor:
- Parking in front of the cottage, large garage of 40m². Washing machine in the garage

The 1st level:
- Living space composed of living well equipped kitchen of over 50m² with fireplace, a bathroom with walk in shower and separate toilet.

On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, one with 160 cm bed, the other with bed 140 cm, the 3rd to accommodate 4 children (2 bunk beds). Possibility of 2 additional extra beds on the couch in the children's room. Bathroom with toilet.

Tres bon séjour, la communication avec Gérard s’est bien passé, hôte très sympa Par contre la wifi n est vraiment pas puissante et j’ai eu des petits soucis car je devais travailler de la maison. Gérard et son amie nous ont trouvé une solution de secours, donc merci à eux, mais j’avoue que ça c’était le seul petit bemol.
