Chalet Camparan - Saint Lary Soulan

Ideally situated on a mountainside, very quiet in a village overlooking the valley of Aure, the terrace of the chalet will offer a beautiful view and panoramic south.
Near the slopes: Saint-Lary 4km (new gondola live Valley on the slopes), Piau-Engaly 25km. Many walks and hiking (30 minutes Pyrenees National Park and Reserve Néouvielle). In summer, Spain is easily accessible (22km) through the tunnel Aragnouet-Bielsa. The Aure valley is ideally located for summer recreation (hiking, rafting, canyoning, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, paragliding ...) or winter (skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ...)

The chalet is facing south - southwest, large sun terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas, large living room bright kitchen with fireplace. 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 children's room with 4 beds), a spacious bathroom, bathroom, garage with table tennis, garden of 400 sqm.

On the ground floor:
- Parking in front of the cottage, large garage of 40m². Washing machine in the garage

The 1st level:
- Living space composed of living well equipped kitchen of over 50m² with fireplace, a bathroom with walk in shower and separate toilet.

On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, one with 160 cm bed, the other with bed 140 cm, the 3rd to accommodate 4 children (2 bunk beds). Possibility of 2 additional extra beds on the couch in the children's room. Bathroom with toilet.

Le logement est très bien situé, le garage très pratique pour ranger les chaussures de marches et autres pendant le séjour. La cuisine est vraiment bien équipée, ce qui est très agréable pour cuisiner. Les chambres sont conformes à l'annonce. La vue de la terasse sur la montagne est magnifique. Dans l'ensemble nous sommes contents et avons passé un très agréable séjour. Pour nous l'état de propreté du gîte en arrivant n'était pas satisfaisant. Et gros bemol pour notre part, nous avions sélectionné le gîte plutôt qu'un autre en grande partie pour l'annonce qui annnonçait un jardin de 400m². Ce jardin existe, mais selon les mots du propriétaire suite à notre remarque: "Ceci étant c’est vrai que compte tenu de la pente du terrain, cette partie est peu ou pas exploitable" Je rajouterai que le terrain en question (pas accessible depuis la maison donc pas possible d'y laisser des enfants) est plein de ronces en plus d'être en pente raide.

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel. Superbe accueil par Agnès qui est à l'écoute de nos demandes. Vu superbe depuis la terrasse. Alentours très calme. Accès facile à Saint Lary. Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant. Nous recommandons!!!

Excellent emplacement sur un flanc de montagne, en hauteur dans le village. Agréables salon salle à manger et cuisine éclairés par 2 grandes baies.Bonne literie. Hôte à l écoute. Belles randonnées, sites exceptionnels.

Pointe forts : Pièce à vivre agréable, lumineuse avec vue imprenable sur la montagne. Petite terrasse bien exposée, avec une superbe vue. Emplacement calme, très peu de circulation. Points faibles : Logement mal insonorisé. Jardin quasi inexistant (environ 30m2)

Tres bon séjour

Tres bon séjour, la communication avec Gérard s’est bien passé, hôte très sympa Par contre la wifi n est vraiment pas puissante et j’ai eu des petits soucis car je devais travailler de la maison. Gérard et son amie nous ont trouvé une solution de secours, donc merci à eux, mais j’avoue que ça c’était le seul petit bemol.

Charmante maison au coeur de la campagne

De nombreux sentiers de promenade , un panorama exceptionnel, une accessibilite vers les stations toutes proches . Je recommande vivement . L'endroit est calme, parfait pour les familles .

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison très bien agencée et équipée. Elle est très bien situé sur les hauteurs a quelques minutes de St Lary Soulan .
