About this property

PUERTO POLLENCA: Top floor apartment, roof terrace, sea view & garage for bikes

Ideal for cyclists and families alike, this stylish air conditioned/heated 2 bed (sleeps 4) apartment with garage for bike storage, is located one row back from the Pine Walk beach and minutes from the Cap de Formentor cycling route. Holibikes coffee shop is metres away and there is a supermarket and The Store Formentor Deli and Bistro just around the corner.

With newly installed air-conditioning throughout, the accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a master king size bedroom and second bedroom with two single beds which can be made up as a double bed if required. There is one en-suite shower room with the master bedroom and separate bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. We have a fully fitted kitchen which includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and, new in 2026, oven and separate microwave. There are also the little luxuries such as a toaster, water filter jug and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a separate laundry area off the kitchen with a washing machine and drying area. The bright airy living area, with air-conditioning/heating unit, leads to a balcony with seating and a wonderful view between the original front line properties, to the pine walk and sea. Guests also have access to the rooftop luxury terrace with shaded seating, and views over the bay to Alcudia, perfect for private sunbathing. We have a large TV with Netflix installed and a Bluetooth stereo so that you can play your own music plus complementary wi-fi. There is ample free parking at the rear of the property.

Please note the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.

Puerto Pollensa stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Heather’s apartment. The location was perfect for access to the beach, restaurants and evening strolls along the Pine Walk. The apartment is great, well equipped with comfortable beds.

Great location

The apartment is in a super location in Port Pollença. Close to beach, close to markets, and close to bus stop. We had no need of a car during our stay.

Family holiday

Great property, much more spacious then in the pictures. Everything was great, perfect spot in Pollensa with everything within easy reach but lovely and quiet for sleeping. Loved how close we were for the beach. Would recommend.

Amazing

What a great place! We booked at very short notice, however this was no issue. Heather was very helpful and arranged with the management company to ensure everything was clean for our arrival. The location was great and just one street away from the beach and restaurants etc, meaning it was also peaceful. Many thanks Heather

Excellent apartment in perfect location

From booking to departure the communication with the proprietor was excellent and all details of key collection and finding the property etc were simple and made for a nice and easy start to the holiday. The apartment itself is lovely, very cool and spacious. It was a excellent balance between contemporary design and relaxing atmosphere that made the apartment an enjoyable place to be around. Little extras like wifi, a coffee machine and blu tooth music player gave it that extra touch. Situated less than a minute from the beach and 2 minutes from the fantastic restaurants and bars yet very quiet it really was the perfect place for us. We all throughly enjoyed ourselves and would like to thank Heather for making the whole thing so easy and straight forward. Highly recommended!

Even better than we expected

Communication with Heather from the outset was always easy, clear and quick. I wish I read things better and then I wouldn't have stressed about collecting the keys when my son's flight was delayed. They were conveniently located in a collection box outside of the agents office so no problem whatever the time. The agents arranged for us to collect a second set of keys on the first day which was very useful and they were very helpful. The property was very well equipped. Light weight beach chairs, umbrella, bat & ball all in the utility area. Boys enjoyed the Netflix when it was too hot to sit on the balcony any longer! Airconditioning was fantastic. Location of the property was perfect. A minute was to the closest beach. The nicer end of town (in my opinion), 5 minutes walk to the Spar and a huge choice of restaurants. Would stay again and would highly recommend

Great Location

We had a very nice stay at Heather's place. The apartment is comfortable, clean and within short walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, and many great restaurants. The location is perfect as it is in a quieter part of Port de Pollenca on the Pine Walk where you can have a long stroll and take in the beautiful scenery. Heather was responsive to anything we needed during our stay. Would recommend.

Perfect family holiday

The apartment is well equipped and homely. Fab location. We were little concerned about parking, but we needn't have been. There was parking nearby everyday. Not that you need a car if you want to stay in the vicinity of PP - everything is within walking distance.

A bright, clean and spacious apartment, a few minutes to the beaches and a short walk to restaurants

The apartment is very nicely decorated and furnished and well equipped. There is plenty of parking is available opposite the building, should you hire a car, and the beaches are a few minutes away on Pine Walk. You can see the sea from the balcony between two buildings and is a lovely quiet place to eat at any time of the day. We felt the location was excellent as all the shops and restaurants are a short walk away along Pine Walk but the apartment is in a fairly quiet spot. The accommodation is very versatile with two double bedrooms (one can be a twin) and two bathrooms (one en-suite) and ample seating in the lounge area. We won't hesitate to book this apartment again.

The Best Apartment we have ever stayed In

A wonderful week during the Easter with my daughter (18) and son (9) The apartment is very nice and extremely well fitted out it is clearly well looked after by the owners. It is in great location close to the beach, restaurants etc. but nicely far enough away to be quiet at night. We will be returning as soon as possible as it is simply the best apartment we have stayed in and we highly recommended it

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem netten Kontakt zur Eigentümerin und dem Apartment vor Ort. Alles ist stilvoll aufeinander abgestimmt und sehr sauber. Den großen Fernseher haben wir aber nicht gebraucht bei der Umgebung. Dieses Apartment kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist auch toll und der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ideal. We are a family who love Mallorca! We bought our 'home from home' in 2016 to enjoy blue seas and sky away from our UK home in Cheshire. In 2023 we decided to move permanently to the island and brought our Husky, Max, so we needed a house with a garden. Our apartment is now available all year around for those who love to swim, cycle, kite or simply enjoy the relaxing island life.

Our guests say that the minute you walk through the door you relax and feel at home. You immediately have all the creature comforts of a coffee machine, Netflix and music and the view is fantastic. You don't need a car to get to the beach, it is literally around the corner and the evening walks along the pine walk are simply beautiful. Cyclists are in the heart of Mallorca's best rides and you don't need to worry about locking bikes away from the property or carrying them upstairs after a long ride, the ground floor garage is available for your storage needs.

What makes this property unique

Although you are minutes from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Pollenca, the apartment is quiet, calm and cool. You can truly escape from it all and relax the minute you walk through the door. We have a garage at the apartment for bike storage so no need to carry bikes up the stairs!
