Perfect villa for our trip

The Villa was perfect for our first trip to Mauritius, we were visiting a friend who lived locally. Very clean and decor has been updated since the pictures.

Happy Holliday’s

Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Das Haus ist direkt am Hafen von Trou d’au Douce, ist aber schön ruhig. Liegt sehr zentral auf der Insel. Pool ist toll und man kann den Tag ganz Entspannt dort verbringen. Loanne, kocht hervorragend und beantwortet gerne Fragen zur Insel.

Séjour sous le signe de l’authentique Maurice

Nous avions déjà découvert l.île Maurice il y a quinze ans, en couple, sur la côte ouest, dans un 5 étoiles. Coup de cœur, mais envie de creuser un peu, de découvrir un côté moins touristique et plus authentique. La villa Verde à Trou d’eau douce a répondu à nos attentes. La maison a tout ce qu’il faut, est bien située pour découvrir l’ile (voiture indispensable). Propre, spacieuse, avec une personne adorable (Lohanne) aux petits soins : quel plaisir chaque soir après une journée à profiter, de retrouver une maison nickel, et des petits plats mauriciens. Seul bémol : l’embarcadère juste à côté, qui certes nous garantit une vue magnifique sur le lagon, et un accès rapide vers l’ile Aux Cerfs, est très bruyant : la fête chaque soir avec la sono à fond, et le matin le départ des pêcheurs : bref, on voulait de l’authentique, on a été servis ! Malgré cela, super séjour !

Nous serions bien restés à la Villa Verde

La Villa Verde se situe sur le débarcadère n°2 de Trou d'eau Douce d'où partent les bateaux pour l'île aux cerfs. La vue de la mer et des bateaux dans la continuité de la piscine en font un endroit superbe. Le jardin clos et son arbre à fourche centenaire y ajoute un charme fou et fait un terrain de jeu tropical merveilleux pour les enfants. Bref, nous avons adoré y séjourner malgré la saison hivernale un peu ventilée ... mais en été (novembre - janvier) les pierres de lave de la maison doivent garder un peu de fraicheur, et l'air de la mer et la piscine (que nous avons admiré plus que nous en avons profité) doivent être bien plus agréable encore !
