This boutique condo townhouse is kept in pristine condition and has everything you will need to make your stay feel like you’re in a five star resort. Located in a gated bay-side community, it is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation in a tropical island paradise. You’ll enjoy the view of the lush tropical landscaping and pools from most everywhere in the town home, water view from master bedroom and patio. Natural tropical beauty, breathtaking sunsets and the bay view can be enjoyed from the second level terrace. The patio terrace faces directly to pool and tropical garden. The spacious clubhouse includes saunas and kitchen and free WIFI connectivity. Resort feel surroundings however quaint and charming, you’ll fall in love with this tropical paradise, your memories will always bring you back.
You'll have the convenience of reserved parking directly in front of the town home. Wireless secure WI-FI is available at no additional cost so bring your devices. You will enjoy the heated swimming pool, toddler pool, sandy beach, marina, boat, private 21ft boat slip available upon request additional rates will apply and will quote upon request, tennis court, BBQ grills, and more.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave wet towels in bathroom floors, stripped used bedding in bedroom floors
Set A/C at 77 degrees and turn off a/c unit in 2nd bedroom
Return back any items taken out of the property
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our TH C-5 in MoonBay is charming and very confortable. We take pride in extending our guest a place to stay that will be inviting and unforgetable. I am very selective when I vacation, I want to feel that my vacation will be memorable and it starts with my accomodations. I want my guest to feel the same.
Why they chose this property
We truly enjoy Key Largo as a vacation destination, Moonbay is ideally located since it is only 1.5 hours from Miami airport. The private marina with fresh water and electricity to each slip are just a couple of reasons we selected this community
What makes this property unique
It starts with the convenience and secuirty of parking right in front of the entrance to our property. Walk out the back door screened patio just a few steps from the heated pool. A few more steps and you will enjoy the club house with it's amenities (TV, full kitchen, showers and bathrooms. Enjoy great sunset views from everywhere. You've come to the right place if comfort and privacy is important to you. Tastefully updated with marble and granite and many upgrades.
