Great view

The biggest problem is the number of steps to access the property Anyone with any of of mobility problems would have great difficulty The steps are step and it’s an almost vertical descent . A warning should be on the site alerting potential renters of this difficult access If I had known about this I would not have booked this property Also the mattress is probably the worse I have ever slept on. Springs digging into ones hips and shoulders is not conducive to a good nights sleep The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped except for the lack of a coffee maker. This was rectified after a few days. I have some photographs of the steps if you would like me to send them to you

Dear Janice, Thank you for your review and comments. We shall certainly take your comments into account with regards to the steps on the listing as we don't want our guests with mobility issues to struggle at the property. Please forward us on the photographs of the steps if you still have these. I have also passed along your comments regarding the mattress to our operations manager. We are always happy to assist and will happily provide an additional mattress pad for guests if they find the bed uncomfortable during their stay. I am glad we were able to rectify the missing coffee maker as that should be standard in all our properties. The property is located in a residential area just a few minutes by car from the centre of the town. The location is quiet and safe. There is a lovely walk through the meadow into the centre of Witney which takes about ten minutes.

Witney is a bustling market town located in between Oxford and Cheltenham on the edge of the Cotswolds, one of Britain's designated 'Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. There are lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Witney.

Woodstock and Blenheim Palace are only 18 minutes by car and are a must see when visiting the area.
