The apartment located on the attic floor, has great luminosity and a large terrace that makes it special, in it you can enjoy sunbathing, cool off under the outdoor shower or unforgettable summer dinners. Terrace equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, seasonal plants and lanterns with candles. The interior is a studio apartment, very well used, which has all kinds of details, towels, bedding, hair dryer, gel, shampoo, toilet paper, the kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker , and all kinds of cooking utensils. Being an open space, it consists of a double bed of 140 x 200 of high range and comfort. It consists of hot and cold air conditioning, television and free wifi. This apartment admits educated pets. It is located in a room without a lift and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Efficiency Apt w/sundeck, 10 minute walk to Mezquita-Catedral!

Everything you need except a conventional oven and a dishwasher. It's an attic apartment on the 4th floor. I used the Monix percolating coffee maker. Heat/AC unit works very well. Hot water is excellent and the shower is very nice. My travel dates were Jan 6 - Jan 10, 2020. The apartment was perfect for me. Michael R. Pittsburgh, PA USA

Fabulous!

Truly as it says in the listing. Super clean, well stocked, very nice private terrace and close to cafes, easy to get to, we found great parking and walked to markets, gardens, and shopping. The only negative is no elevator - 4 flights up!

Dieses Appartement in Córdoba ist nur zu empfehlen Sauber, schnuckelig kleine Wohnung mit einer herrlichen Dachterrasse mit Außendusche Wir haben die drei Tage sehr genossen Selbst die Treppe zur vierten Etage trübte unsere Zeit nicht , man gewöhnte sich daran

If it wasn’t for our good luck of meeting the housekeeper as she exited the apartment we would not have had access to our rental. We could get no response from the manager by text or phone as we arrived so we were at a loss how to check in. It was pure luck we ran into the housekeeper and didn’t have to spend the night on the street.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l’appartement, à 10' à pied du centre et à 20' à pied de la mosquée cathédrale. L'appartement n'est pas immense mais il est très bien équipé. Surtout il est le seul appartement au 4e et dernier étage avec une grande terrasse privative bien équipée.

Schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. In 10 Minuten hat man das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreicht. Auch einen Parkplatz haben wir ganz in der Nähe gefunden.
