Regency Isle, one of Orange Beach's most luxurious gulf-front condos, offers a wide array of amenities and activities. Located between the Florida-Alabama line and Perdido Pass, the Regency Isle provides both an outdoor and indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, easy beach access, large BBQ pavilion, fitness room and sauna.

Located on the 6th floor, this professionally furnished and decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath overlooks the Gulf of Mexico in elegant West Indies style. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with an adjoining spa bathtub and separate shower. The guest room has a queen bed and the living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This unit comes equipped with tiled floors, granite kitchen countertops, wet bar, and large gulf-front balcony.

We had a wonderful experience at 610. The location is great. The condo was very comfortable and had everything you need. My only negative is that the appliances need to be upgraded and also the pots, pans, and utensils. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

The condo was so perfectly decorated and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a rental! The huge shower was an unexpected bonus. Regency Isle, with its large balconies and quiet location, is our favorite complex in Orange Beach, and this unit is a true gem. The owner was very responsive to messages and we look forward to returning soon.

Fabulous Ocean Front Condo with Amazing Balcony

Absolutely fabulous oceanfront condo in Orange Beach, Alabama! The condo was beautifully furnished, the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen ware, and the balcony was huge with plenty of seating!! Super clean too! The beach was so relaxing, and the pool was perfect with a sun deck.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo had a very nice large balcony with great views we saw tons of dolphins every day! The furnature was all very comfortable including the bedding and pillows. The ice machine was definitely a plus we didn’t expect. The beach was never crowded and we never had to wait for an elevator. We would love to stay here again.
