Refurbished 2-bed in popular Los Gigantes w/ private garden, terrace & sea views
A unique opportunity to book a 2 bed/2 bathroom on the lower ground and a 1 bed on the upper ground (Property ID 10179281). Ideal for extended family or friends.
This property had a new modern kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, floor tiling inside and out and all new furnishings in April 2017.
A ground floor apartment with a large private garden/terrace with open plan living area. Situated in a quiet part of Los Gigantes and enjoys fantastic views of the sea, cliffs and La Gomera. It comprises 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area leading directly to a large private terrace and garden via two patio doors which is ideal for all year round alfresco dining. An electric sun canopy has just been installed over the terrace which is helpful during that mid/late afternoon sun.
Extremely well maintained block of 4 apartments, access from street level down a short flight of steps. There is a choice of public swimming pools (check open before visiting), a beach and a natural rock pool (weather permitting) within a 5 minute walk of the apartment, all offering excellent facilities.
The apartment has free wifi, Skywire Smart TV with a huge selection of television channels and a DVD player.
Calle El Pino is ideally placed for the harbour, village square, restaurant, shops and the beach, all a short stroll away.
There is a maid service at the end of your stay and linen provided for a weekly change.
A car is not essential as a very good bus service provides a reliable service along the coast to neighbouring towns and beaches if you wish to explore. However, there is plenty of roadside parking if you do decide to hire a car. A lovely coast path leads to Puerto Santiago (1 km approx) and further on to Playa de la Arena (3 km approx).
The closest airport is Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) and is a 30 minute drive away.
Due to a drop at the rear boundary of the garden, care must be taken if children are staying or visiting this property. It is marked by a small white retaining wall but this is not a safety barrier and caution should be taken not to go too close. We cannot be held responsible for accidents.
We do offer a 'Meet and Greet' service to all our guests who are first time visitors to our apartment at no extra cost and Mike and Sue who provide this service for you can arrange transfers from the airport.

We have been taking holidays in Tenerife for many years and have fallen in love with Los Gigantes. The laid back, relaxed atmosphere and free from hastle bustle are perfect surroundings for us to relax in a hope you will benefit and enjoy this as well.

We live in a rural area in the UK and enjoy space between us and our neighbours so finding an apartment with the same feeling of spaciousness was important to us. All amenities are close-by with no large hill climbs!
