This property has just been completely refurbished including new kitchen, bathroom, windows and floor tiling inside and out.

A unique opportunity to book a 2 bed/2 bathroom on the lower ground and a 1 bed on the upper ground (Property ID 6955577). Ideal for extended family or friends.

A newly refurbished ground floor apartment enjoying a large terrace with open plan living area. Situated in a quiet part of Los Gigantes and enjoys fantastic views of the sea, cliffs and La Gomera. It comprises 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom and open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area leading directly to a large private terrace via sliding patio doors which is ideal for all year round alfresco dining.

Extremely well maintained block of 4 apartments, access from street level down a short flight of steps. There is a choice of public swimming pools (check open before visiting), a beach and a natural rock pool (weather permitting) within a 5 minute walk of the apartment, all offering excellent facilities. The apartment has free wifi, Skywire Smart TV with a huge selection of television channels and a DVD player.

Calle El Pino is ideally placed for the harbour, village square, restaurant, shops and the beach, all a short stroll away.

There is a maid service at the end of your stay and linen provided for a weekly change.

A car is not essential as a very good bus service provides a reliable service along the coast to neighbouring towns and beaches if you wish to explore. However, there is plenty of roadside parking if you do decide to hire a car. A lovely coast path leads to Puerto Santiago (1 km approx) and further on to Playa de la Arena (3 km approx).

The closest airport is Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) and is a 30 minute drive away.

Extreme care must be taken not to fall over the balcony railings. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents.

We do offer a 'Meet and Greet' service to all our guests who are first time visitors to our apartment at no extra cost and Mike and Sue who provide this service for you can arrange transfers from the airport.

Perfect vacation

It is the 2nd time we stay in the appartment on Calle Pino 15. This year the stay was just as perfect as last time. The apparment is clean and well equipped, and has a lovely terrace with a nice view over the ocean and the Los Gigantes massive.The host was very helpfull and quick to assist in case needed. We already plan to return to this lovely place.

Lovely apartment

An ideally situated apartment for visiting Los Gigantes and the surrounding area. Recently refurbished it has all you need and nothing you don’t. Lovely views of the cliff and sea.. Tanya went out of her way to ensure we were looked after, the early check in helped us out tremendously. All in all we are very pleased with our stay and would recommend this accommodation.

Los Gigantes uninterrupted

Firstly, the picture and video don’t do the property justice… spectacular views all day long that never got old… The property itself is exactly as advertised and after a few days it starts to feel like home. Really comfortable beds and couch and good internet. If I have to nitpick any areas I would only say a few things… the water pressure in the shower needs some more power or something, the showers on the beach have more power, when the water went out a few times, the hosts got back to us very quickly and made sure we were taken care of… Besides that we had a wonderful time, everything is in walking distance and when you walk around you get blown away by the beauty… El Pescador restaurant in the town square had the best food for me out of all the places we went to in and outside of Los Gigantes, and the swimming spots are also worth finding… just be careful of the black volcanic beach sand that gets pretty hot… funny watching people scamper along quickly to get to the water… we really loved it and we will be back…

Vi fandt en dejlig lejlighed der passede til beskrivelsen i annoncen. Udlejer havde udarbejder en meget grundig informationsmappe med instruktioner og gode tips til opholdet, så det var nemt at finde sig tilpas umiddelbart efter ankomst. Så var det bare at klæde om og nyde terrassen og den fantastiske udsigt.

We stayed at this apartment in Dec - Jan 2021 over the Xmas and New year period, the apartment has 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and outside has a large open space for dining and relaxing also a glass balcony, the apartment is modern and well decorated, when we arrived we were met by Mike who looks after the apartment, Mike showed us around and explained to us were everything was and if there were any problems to contact him at any time, the apartment is very clean and tidy which is down to Mike and his Wife Sue and they are very helpful, the apartment is in a ideal location just a short 5 minute to the town square were there are nice bars and restaurants plus numerous shops, overall we had a excellent stay and would definitely stay in this apartment in the near future. The owner Tanya was a great help with the booking as we had to cancel the first time round due to the Covid lock down, Tanya let us re-book for the following year which we really appreciate. Mick & Alison.

Return to old haunts

Property provided a well equipped base close to the Centre of town for us to renew old acquaintances as well as a base to drive around the island. Parking usual pain but always found a spot on our road,once right outside the flat. Great views and good weather throughout the 10 day stay, and local agent Mike was great and helpful. Loved it.

We live in a rural area in the UK and enjoy space between us and our neighbours so finding an apartment with the same feeling of spaciousness was important to us. All amenities are close-by with no large hill climbs!
