Great view

Manuel is the perfect host and his property is a great place to stay. Fantastic views clean and spacious with many little restaurants and bars close by. Manuel answered every text within minute's and made our stay very enjoyable i would definitely recommend. Jacqui & Jeff Fletcher

Superbe coucher de soleil

Superbe appartement bien situé et surtout avec une vue magnifique pour le coucher de soleil ! Venus en basse saison donc pas de difficulté pour se garer. Une petite étoile en moins car bruyant le matin, donc difficile de faire la grasse matinée durant les vacances, mais parce que nous sommes de gros dormeurs. Nous avons fait du bruit un soir lors de notre séjour, Manuel nous a gentiment demandé de baisser la musique. La communication avec lui était vraiment facile. Je recommande !

Fantastischer Meeresblick

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Schöne gut ausgestattete Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und La Gomera – super fürs morgendliche Frühstück und abends beim Sonnenuntergang über La Gomera. Freies Parken im Umkreis von 250m möglich Die Wohnung eher minimalistisch für 2 Personen ausgerüstet, z.B. fehlt eine Salatschleuder und kleine / mittlere Schalen. Kein TV im Wohnzimmer (nur im Schlafzimmer), Kühlschrank kühlt nur minimal, das hatte auch schon ein Vormieter kritisiert, aber der Vermieter hat wohl nix dagegen unternommen. Als negativ empfanden wir die fast tägliche Geruchsbelästigung durch das nebenan / untenliegende Fischrestaurant. Eigentlich wollten wie dort gerne essen gehen, aber der fast tägliche Bratgeruch auf unserer Terrasse hat dann davon abgehalten. Als sehr positiv möchten wir noch die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer erwähnen.

Super Ausblick vom Balkon

Strom. Durchlauferhitzer legt Strom lahm. FE Schalter im Flur hinterm Bild. Nur durch Anruf bei Manuel erfahren. Google Maps ist recht genau, aber eine Hausnummer und ein Foto vom Haus und der Eingangstür wäre gut gewesen. Wir sind 40 Minuten im Kreis gefahren und hatten dann Manuel angerufen. Handtücher im Bad nicht saugfähig.Handtücher in der Küche Fussel und Geschirr muss mit Papier gereinigt werden. Bett gut. Zwei Einzeldecken wären optional schön. Kühlschrank kühlte auf Stufe 5 kaum. Eisfach um so mehr.

Tolles Appartement mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen, komplett ausgestattetes, ruhiges Appartement mit herrlichem Ausblick auf La Gomera., dazu noch alles in der näheren Umgebung verfügbar, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Strandbars und vor allem auch Strände, einer sogar mit Strandservice (Schirme, Betten, Rettungsschwimmer, etc.) Manuel ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und alles ist sehr persönlich, wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Obstkorb, Wasser und Wein

Sehr schönes Appartement mit tollen Ausblick

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, sauber und hat einen tollen Bankon mit sagenhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Die Lage ist zentral in der Stadt und somit nicht direkt in den Hotelburgen gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ein Sehr netter Gastgeber der immer erreichbar ist, Wasser kann auch über ihn bestellent werden, spart das schleppen :). Kurzum war prima, würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Exceptional apartment

We have just stayed in this immaculate apartment. Manuel is the perfect owner making communications very easy and replying to any questions quickly. The apartment is as the photos. There is a large sun trap terrace over looking the sea.The apartment is large in size ,kitchen again large with everything at hand for your stay.the king size bed very comfortable When you leave the apartment turn.right and there is a bus stop 3 minutes away ,together with a dino mini supermarket. Turn left from the apartment and again a small shop for your needs .los gigantes is two stops on the bus or 5 euro in s taxi.there's is a large lidu 10 minutes walk or one stop on the bus.we would highly recommend this apartment big thumbs up to Manuel. We will return soon Steve & Samantha.

Manuel est très accueillant et disponible. Il facilite grandement notre séjour. Le logement est top et très bien situé. Le balcon face à la mer est un plus pour cette location. On recommande vivement ce logement et encore merci à Manuel pour sa gentillesse.

Skøn feriebolig med attraktiv altan

Meget venlige vært Manuel, havde sat champagne, vand og frugt som velkomst til os. Boligens helt store attraktion en skønne store altan lige ud til havet med udsigt til La Gomea. Lejligheden har et udmærket køkken. Mulighed for gode gåture langs havet til Los Gigantos imponerende klipper. Mange restauranter lige i nærheden

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben 4 Wochen dort verbracht und waren die ersten Gäste in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Man hat nur ein paar Minuten zufuss zum Strand. Dementsprechend sind Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, auch auf dem Balkon. Das Beste ist der großzügige Balkon mit guter Möblierung - man hat einen Logenplatz direkt über dem Meer. La Gomera liegt direkt gegenüber, La Palma ist rechts zu sehen. Meeresrauschen war ein ständiger Begleiter :-) Wir haben uns jeden Abend die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge angeschaut. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles da was man für einen längeren Urlaub mit Selbstversorgung braucht. Der Vermieter wohnt in der Wohnung darüber war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt. Einen Parplatz für den Mietwagen haben wir innerhalb einer Entfernung von 2-3 Minuten fussläufig immer gefunden. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.
