This stunning family villa in Viroinval has earned both the "Certificate of Excellence" (2018) and "Most Popular Belvilla" (2021), and it's easy to see why. Upon entry, you're greeted with sweeping panoramic views over the fields, visible through the large windows in the dining room and from the spacious terrace. Set in a picturesque region, the villa is surrounded by nature reserves, charming restaurants, and fun family attractions like Aquascope de Virelles and the Museum Village. The nearby Caves of Neptune (3 km) offer an unforgettable adventure on foot or by boat. The French Ardennes and the border are just a short drive away. Step through the patio doors to enjoy a vast private garden. At the edge, you'll often be greeted by the friendly sheep grazing nearby. In season, feel free to pick apples or pears from the orchard. The friendly host will personally welcome you and give a complete tour of the property, making your stay feel both special and comfortable.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

A fantastic and very quietly located Villa. The Villa is in very good condition and cared for with an eye for detail. Nice facilities such as the swimming pool, the game room and large open kitchen and living room with fireplace. The Villa is close to the forest for a nice walk or the mountain bike trail. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. This location is highly recommended!

This home is well appointed and beautiful with all amenities available. It is set in a tranquil and private area with a large deck overlooking a stunning garden. The swimming pool was fantastic and the hospitality from the host was most appreciated. He even provided a large fruit bowl in the kitchen and some products in the bathrooms. He was also quick to attend to questions. We had a wonderful relaxing time with the family and would love to return. I would highly recommend this property.

Fijn welkom van de verhuurder. Door en om de villa gelopen en alles is goed uitgelegd. Prachtige villa met alles erop en eraan. Mooi zwembad; daar hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. De sauna was heerlijk om te ontspannen. Kinderen (en kleinkind) hebben genoten, poolbiljart, tafeltennis etc. En elke dag gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ. Locatie van de villa is een mooie en rustige omgeving.

Wir haben dieses fantastische Haus mit unserer Familie wirklich genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist da, sauber und nicht kaputt. Eine große Obstschale mit einigen leckeren Dingen stand bereit. Der Pool ist riesig und schön warm. Mit schönen Stühlen und einer Sitzecke. Und eine Dusche. Im Raum daneben gibt es einen Billardtisch und ein Fußballspiel. Dahinter eine Sauna und eine weitere Dusche und Toilette. Wirklich fantastisch. Die Betten sind auch gut, die Zimmer sind ordentlich. Auch auf der großen Terrasse gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Eine Tischtennisplatte. Großes Grundstück rund um das Haus. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze innerhalb des Tors. Schöne Idee, dass alles geschlossen werden kann. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäfte sind innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Eine gute Bäckerei gibt es im Dorf Staumont. Der Eigentümer war auch für Fragen und den Check-in/Check-out leicht erreichbar. Ich hatte vorher keine gute Vorstellung von der Aufteilung des Hauses. Vielleicht kann der Eigentümer der Website eine Karte hinzufügen. Tagsüber hört man einige Autos und Motorräder fahren, aber nachts ist es furchtbar ruhig. Lecker. Das Haus ist nicht billig, aber genau das bekommt man. Alles in allem also: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is OK, maar niet een mooi vergezicht over de heuvels en dalen. Schitterend binnenzwembad. Nette douches met veel waterkracht op elke etage. De bedden lagen goed en waren met dekbedden opgedekt. De woonkamer was gezellig ingericht. De keuken van alle gemakken voorzien, echter de meeste pannen zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Verder stond er bij aankomst een fles melk en jus d'orange in de koelkast. Ook fruit en koffie waren aanwezig. De rondleiding door de eigenaar is zeer goed, zodat je alles weet te vinden en te bedienen.

Het statige chalet in Stoumont heeft een ideale ligging voor buitenactiviteiten en overtrof onze verwachtingen. We hebben genoten van het skiën en wandelen in de nabijgelegen Hoge Venen. De open haard binnen zorgde 's avonds voor een gezellige sfeer en de barbecue in de tuin was een schot in de roos op onze zonnige dagen. Het chalet is goed onderhouden en schoon en vormt een prima uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de regio. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen!

Dit chalet is een echte aanrader! Het zwembad en de sauna zijn perfect voor ontspannende dagen. Het uitzicht is werkelijk adembenemend. We hebben prachtige foto's gemaakt bij de waterval van het Coomeer, op slechts 5 km afstand. Een absolute aanrader voor groepsuitjes.

Great house great remote location

What a stunning house is this. Such a great welcome to start with. Very friendly owners! The villa has superb beds and enough towels in the bathrooms and for the pool. The Biljart and tablenfootbal is fun and the sauna is to relax. All very clean and for us great that you can lock/close every area, great because we travel with smaller Kids! The pool area is nicely temperatured so also great to chill when kids are playing around. We loved it and will come back for sure.
