'La Chouette' - Charming stone cottage - Marais Poitevin

'La Chouette' is one of four beautifully restored 18th century stone gîtes at 'Belle Vue', arranged around a central courtyard.

This cottage sleeps up to four.
The spacious living room has a sofa, CD player, British Freeview TV, DVD player, stone fireplace with wood burning stove, and a kitchen area with plenty of cupboard space, gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, electric kettle and double sink.

There are two ground floor bedrooms - a double and a twin - and a shower room. Cots and high chairs are available for young families.

There is electric heating throughout and Wifi on site.

'Belle Vue' has a large sun terrace with a 12x5m heated swimming pool (shared between the 4 gites onsite) and an 8 person jacuzzi, fully fenced for your safety. The garden has plenty of space to relax and play, plus we have a large selection of bikes for your free use. Vendée is renowned for its cycle tracks and there are several close by. There is also a canal 100 metres away ideal for fishing.

Our micro-climate makes this area one of the sunniest parts of France, and is therefore suitable for holidays at any time of the year.

The gîte has an official 3* rating from the French Tourist Office.

Please note that bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are not included, but can be provided as an optional service if required.
