Penthouse on two levels with panoramic terrace in front of the living room large kitchen fully equipped, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower. In winter heating it is in pellet and each guest can stock up according to their needs in area's stores.
This duplex apartment boasts a terrace from where panoramic views of the stunning surrounding countryside can be enjoyed.
Outdoor seating and parasols are placed on the terrace.
Two comfortable bedrooms are present.
Each bedroom has a queen-size double bed
Both bedrooms provide storage space.
In the living room there is a large sofa and a sofa-bed for other 2 people
Exposed brick work and wooden beams and a fireplace feature in the rustic living room.
It has comfy seating, a hanging armchair and a flat-screen TV.
An eye-catching colour scheme decorates a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table.
Two bathrooms , both with shower.
In the Winter, heating is provided by Stove. Pellets can easily get by Guest in the village.

During your stay you can enjoy the flavors, smells, the extraordinary peace and quiet overlooking the stunning views of Lake Turano.
Nearby you can visit the lovely Villages present at the edges of the lake. Charming medieval villages with castles and rocks such as Castel di Tora, Collalto Sabino, Rocca Sinibalda and Antuni. Villages rich in folklore, in which you can find several delicious restaurants and taverns where you can taste the local flavors. In different seasons of the year you can see the numerous festivals.
The " Mount Navegna-Cervia Natural Reserve" is just behind the village.
Central Rome can be reached in one hour by car.

Perched on a hillside overlooking the crystal clear waters of Lake Turano, this charming residence is situated in one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, Castel di Tora. It not only boasts a lake view from every one of its windows but also directly from your bed! This is the place to leave all the hustle and bustle of city life behind. Our house has 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower and a wonderful kitchen complete with an open fireplace and larder carved directly out of the mountain rock.
The town of Castel di Tora is only 50 minutes from Rome (80km) and dominates Lago Turano which is rich in marine fauna and a natural pool for keen swimmers. You can rent a canoe or kayak or sail boat to navigate the lake which is surrounded by a range of mountains offering a variety of activities for those of you who want to really take in the beautiful countryside. The area is full of nature reserves offering hiking and day excursions for both the amateur and expert trekker and a number of stables in the area provide safe riding facilities for those interested in seeing the surroundings from horseback.
