We are proud to welcome you to our recently renovated house. It is more than comfortable to house you and your loving one(s) during your holidays.
The edifice is accesible from the main road contrary to most of the hotels that offer views to the caldera and require walking several steps from the parking to the house. That makes it ideal for guests on a wheelchair or with walking disabilities.
Morfes House offer stunning views to the caldera and the settlement of Firostefani and offers privacy to enjoy your unique moments of relaxation during your holiday.
We are a small unit and happy to create the family atmosphere that would please us as if staying in the house of a friend.

Excellent location and great view. Located on the walking path between Fira and Oia! Residence was clean, comfortable and had 2 balconies, each with great views.

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed this beautiful space. We were able to walk all around the island and then right back to the apartment. Peter was incredibly helpful through the stay. … and that view!

Excellent Accommodations!

The accommodations could not have been better - excellent location, plenty of room and two balconies that were perfect for sunset and sunrise. Peter was very helpful with transfers and other logistics. We hope to return!

We had 4 perfect days in santorini. Our host was helpful, flexible and did everything to make our stay fantastic. We particularly loved the location and watching the sunsets from our own patio. Highly recommend

Family Stay in Santorini

Bucket list trip included a stay in this amazing apartment. Great amenities and centrally located in area full of restaurants and shops with incredible views of the caldera and Firo. Peter was very responsive to any issues and extremely helpful with arranging transport to/from airport and getting last minute dinner reservations. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend this property to anyone visiting Santorini.

Peter was fantastic and the Morfes House was incredible. The location was perfect and views were incredible. Short walk to many amazing restaurants, and even food delivery from Ilios Bakery which was DELICIOUS! Words can’t express how pleased we were with the facilities and the entire experience. Spacious luxury with two caldera balconies

The Morfes property delivers on multiple levels. In the heart of Firostefani, it's walkable to both Fira and Imerovigli. The accommodation is spacious, modern and clean, with all the amenities needed for a great holiday. There are two separate balconies, leading from the master and living room respectively, each with glorious views of the caldera. Highly recommended!

Lovely Stay at Cavo Milos!

We stayed at the Morfes House as a family of four adults in June, 2023. We chose this particular property due to the reviews, the pictures and it’s location. It’s really hard to describe just how pleased we were with our stay here. The house itself is very nice and comfortable. There are two spacious terraces that offer truly stunning views. Once you step outside to take in the views of the caldera, you will not want to leave! Everything you could possibly need is located within a very short walking distance. Our host, Peter, was very gracious, kind and accommodating during our entire stay. I absolutely recommend this property.

Breath taking views

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views as pictured with vibrant colors. Peter was a Helpful polite host who met us on time at rental even though our flight was late. He booked our taxi to and from the airport and booked our ATV and car ahead of time. Peter was easy to work with and responded to all questions when contacted. The Villa was beatifically decorated with 2 stunning views from each outdoor patio. The Villa was on the caldera walking path with easy access to eateries within walking distance.

Perfectly situated, incredible view, ideal space

This was the perfect location for us. We were within walking distance of Fira, restaurants, Imergliovigli and markets but also far enough away that we did not get noise from tourists and venues. The house was immaculate, comfortable and beautiful. The beds were wonderful. And the views from two decks--stunning. The only difficulty we had was the sewage odor from the bathroom--apparently an island waste problem. But we resolved this by keeping the window open while we were in the house. The host, Ion, was kind, accommodating and responsive to any request we had. I recommend this space highly.

Absolutely perfect in every way

We loved the location. Firostefani is out of the busy Fira area and yet close enough to the bus station for using public transportation to see other parts of the island. The views are stunning especially on the side balcony. The house is very roomy, gorgeous decor and it really was perfect for us. It is close to the top of the rim so no climb down and up to get to the villa. It will go down as one of our favorites!! We almost stayed in Oia. One crowded afternoon up there made us very grateful we chose Firostefani. Staff here was amazing. Peter was easily available to help with transportation, arranging excursions or anything else.

Morfes House

Property offered more space than most other accommodations in Santorini. Service by Peter was great. Had an issue with a neighboring car alarm one evening and What’s app’d Peter and he called neighboring hotel and it was resolved. The patio has a great view but it is partially blocked by building in front. Still saw the beautiful sunsets and loved the evenings sitting out having a nice cigar. Air conditioning was wonderful after days out sight seeing. Super clean and great amenities. We were there with two teenagers and the extra space was wonderful. Peter arranged pick-up and drop off to airport. We rented a buggy and we’re able to park right in front of VRBO. 6-21-2023

Happy 50th Birthday

What an amazing trip. We would highly recommend staying in this home. Such an incredible location with breathtaking views all around. Our host Peter is such a kind person who goes over and above to help you get the experience you want out of your trip. From booking the airport transportation, to having an ATV delivered to the house, booking a boat cruise and just being available to answer all of our questions. His home was very cozy and comfortable. The space is perfect and the decor is beautiful and welcoming. We already miss waking up in the morning to that spectacular view. There are no words to describe the beauty. We took our time to see as much of the island as we could. It was perfect to just sit and enjoy a cocktail cliff side and take in that view. There is so much to see. Don’t rush it. Enjoy where you are. Santorini will always be in our hearts as a beautiful memory. From the fantastic sites, the history, the culture, to the kind and friendly people and who can forget the amazing food. This trip was a 50th birthday present for my husband to which he said to me on the way home this was everything and more❣️

Caldera views - beautiful and convenient location

Our stay at the Morfes House was absolutely everything we desired for an active, and romantic, stay. Conveniently located, comfortably spacious, and breathtaking views made this property perfect for our three-night stay in the heart of Santorini. Check-in was well-timed and easy. Our first night there was a community black-out but we easily found flashlights and candles for the darkness, and it was fun to watch the island light up again from the bedroom balcony. The next morning we hiked the trail from Fira to Oia which was fulfilling and took the better part of a day. The trail is close to the house, yet the noise from people walking by is not intrusive. The views are SPECTACULAR! Some of the most jaw-dropping moments of our 3-week Greek vacation were experienced from this property. Watching the ships and boats come and go any time of day was only surpassed by the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed walking to the Museum of Prehistoric Thera after driving to Akritori ruins on the opposite side of the island. One evening we walked to a very special restaurant with a six-course tasting menu and enjoyed the caldera view which was equal to ours from the Morfes House. This property is well-managed, well-maintained and highly recommended to a couple or family desiring fun and relaxation while visiting Santorini.

Santorini with a view

The photos of this spacious condo only give a hint of how beautiful the views are from the large balcony off of the living room, and the smaller balcony off of the master bedroom. Since Santorini is known for its views, this made us very happy with our stay. We didn't need to be anywhere else than home at sunset time to view the caldera. Even the view from the open kitchen window is gorgeous. The decor is pleasing and comfortable--our teens were totally ok with hanging out there and it was actually hard to drag them out to sightsee! Check in was very easy. We were duly informed about not tossing any paper into the toilet due to plumbing reasons, which was a minor inconvenience. The beds were very comfortable. If our stay could have been improved it would be to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer, which we have come to expect from most VRBOs. The owners live on the property and were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the amazing views and hospitality!

Great Santorini view, spacious place!

We really enjoyed the property with our family. The space was very accommodating and we had a well stocked kitchen to cook our breakfast every morning. The host was very friendly and willing to help when we needed him. We enjoyed the views from the main balcony as well as the gorgeous views from the master bedroom balcony. The place was well stocked and well cared for with beautiful furnishings. We had nice cold waters in the fridge waiting for us from our day trips to the nearby cities. Its in a great location outside the main touristy areas affording a great view and a short walk from the bus station where you can catch the bus to visit iconic Oia. Thank you so much for letting us stay at this gorgeous place. The only thing I can comment as a mild negative was a sewer smell in the area every once in a while, but we weren't sure exactly where it was coming from.

Perfect accommodations to experience Santorini!

This was the perfect home for my two friends and I to experience a comfortable and convenient vacation in Santorini. The home is in a fantastic location, allowing for an easy walk through Thira, yet also allowing us to experience quiet mornings and evenings on the patio, taking in the beautiful views. We were also able to get transportation right outside our doorstep to other locations.

Prefect House in a Perfect Location

Morfes House Firostefani is the perfect house in the perfect setting. The views are even more stunning in person than they are in the listing. The house is very well appointed, and Ioanna was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We were a bit confused by the heating, but turns out each room had its own wall mounted unit that did a great job. Showers were warm, as long as you don’t mind showering in the afternoon! We also took some recommendations from Ioanna on local shops and rentals which were very helpful. We used the kitchen a bit, which was well appointed with a full-size refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, dishes, etc. so one could easily stay for an extended time without feeling like anything is missing. Having the Fira to Oia walk pass right out front was very cool. We walked into Fira in 10 minutes easily but could take an hour doing it because the views were different and incredible on every turn!

Beautiful home in great location. Very roomy and updated.

- Very nice property with great views and location. As some reviewers mentioned, there are properties around this house but they are not in your line of view. There is a tree that can be trimmed a little - Communication with the management was good - Management was very accommodative with check-in process/timing - Taxi at airport was arranged

Location was fabulous. We were easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Property manager worked with local rental agency to have buggy and ATV delivered to us... so convenient. Views were like the pictures. AC in bedrooms only but open windows kept the rest of the place cool for most of the day. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful island! Hated to leave.
