Cozy Sea View Apartment Marinely with big garden and BBQ

This beautiful apartment MARINELY is located on the ground floor and offers all you need for your summer vacation. It is clean, cozy, has beautiful views of the Split and Trogir.

There is a large surrounding private garden with barbecue house next to it - where you can enjoy and relax. It is located in a quiet area but only 15 min away from big and famous UNESCO cities such as Split and Trogir.

Bus stop is very close (400m), so you travel by bus number 2 to Split (20min) or to take bus number 37 to Split or Trogir (25min away).

It is perfect for families with smaller children or large groups for up to 10 people.

Our apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds200 * 180, 3 single beds 200 * 90 and 3 extra beds, if necessary) 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer and nice air -conditioned living room with a sofa and 2 ottomans.

This extraordinary accommodation provides direct, free and flat rate internet access (WLAN). Brand new digital LED TV has an 87 cm diagonal with HDMI cable (can be connected from TV to a tablet or a laptop). There is also a computer available for you to use as well.

The entire southern part of the apartment is nicely connected by a large balcony.
There is a large table with its chairs in front of the apartment where you can rest in nice and cozy surrounding garden just next to the BBQ house-just for you.

There are 4 free and private parking places next to the property.

Just 2 kilometers away, or 2 minutes by car you are in front of 2 huge-sized super markets which work long hours during the summer from 7-22h (Konzum and Lidl), where you can buy practically anything you want. Marina Kastela and additional big shopping center Interspar, Konzum, Lidl are also a few minutes away by car. You will find that the local restaurant "Kod Bunara", just 1000m away, offers Croatian domestic food at favorable prices.

It is great location and there are lots of options if you want to see all nearby places and experience all sorts of beaches and great traditional Dalmatian food.
