About this property

Appartment with swimming pool 30 min of Florence, private garden, parking, WiFi

apartment of 55 sqm, which is part of a larger property that includes a farmhouse whose oldest part appears to have been a medieval watchtower, totally renovated in Tuscan style, all surrounded by 45000 square meters of land with olive grove which produce an excellent organic olive oil d. To complete everything there are also a swimming pool with free access for guests of our apartments and convenient parking on site. The Bella Vista apartment has a private garden of 150 square meters with barbecue, table and chairs where to eat outdoors, internally with a double room with double bed + extra bed for the fifth person, bathroom with shower, kitchen living room complete with appliances, kitchen utensils, sofa bed, satellite TV. Apartment renovated in 2015, also has underfloor heating.
The linen and included with weekly change.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr nette Eigentümer

Ausgezeichnet gegelegene Wohnung in mitten von Olivenbäumen. Die Zufahrt über eine alte Römerpflaster-Straße mit Schotter ist nix für den tiefergelegten Sportwagen, für jeden normalen PKW aber kein Problem. Der Aufenthalt im gepflegten Anwesen mit sauberem Pool und super netten Eigentümern ein Traum. Wir können das Anwesen nur empfehlen.

Beautiful rural location and lovely home

Our kids couldn’t get enough of the swimming pool overlooking the mountains. A lovely relaxing stay in a beautifully kept apartment with a super comfortable bed. If you’re in a hire car, opt for the full insurance as there’s a bit of a bumpy drive off the Regello road. We had a great time! Grazie Ewa, Roberto and Giulia.

Nous avons passés seulement 2 nuit chez ewa et roberto er pourtant nous avons déjà hâte d'y revenir! Tout était super. L'accueil le logement la vue!!! Ils ont su être au petit soin tout en restant discret c'était juste parfait

Idealne rodzinne wakacje w Toskanii

Cudowne miejsce do odpoczynku z rodziną i domowym zwierzakiem (co rzadko się spotyka). To przede wszystkim zasługa gospodarzy, którzy zatroszczyli się o każdy szczegół. Apartamenty są przestronne, zadbane, czyste i dobrze wyposażone, przepiękny ogród i czyściutki basen. Doskonałe miejsce na relaksujący wypoczynek z dala od miejskiego hałasu. Dla lubiących zwiedzanie świetna baza wypadowa do Florencji, Arezzo. Gorąco polecam. Na pewno wrócimy.
