Good location but only air con in the bedrooms

The property is in a great location, very central and a lovely pool. However the listing says it has air con but it's only downstairs in the bedrooms, not in the lounge or kitchen. It was a heatwave when we were there so it made it quite unbearable, especially with children. I asked for a fan but was told there wasn't one. The rest of place is a bit tired looking but functional and the beds weren't very comfortable.

Appartement traversant, idéalement situé, à 5 min à pied de la mer et du centre, avec piscine très bien entretenue; bravo à la personne qui s'en occupe. La météo a été capricieuse, la 2e semaine, c'est le seul regret. Parking sécurisé spacieux, top quand on arrive avec une grande voiture. Je recommande cet appartement.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der FeWo. Die Kinder fanden den warmen Pool (26°C) super, wir die zentrale Lage der Wohnung und die tolle Gartenanlage. Es war etwas schwierig herauszufinden, wo die eigentliche Wohnung liegt. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Beau séjour

Calme, sécurisée ce qui peut être un avantage pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, la résidence est idéalement située à proximité des commerces, de la plage et du port. L'appartement est spacieux, dispose de deux chambres situées en rez-de-jardin ce qui permet de profiter aisément de l'étage supérieur; le balcon est suffisamment grand pour pouvoir y déjeuner et le petit jardin privatif apporte un espace supplémentaire. Il y a enfin un deuxième petit balcon côté cuisine. L'appartement est bien équipé aussi bien en électro-ménager (petit ou gros) qu'en vaisselle ou ustensiles. Nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine en cette période de l'année mais cela apporte un cachet supplémentaire au très bel extérieur. Petit bémol le ballon d'eau chaude est rapidement vide: en été ça n'est sans doute pas un problème, en avril c'est un peu juste. Enfin, l'hôte est disponible et attentif.

Le duplex est très confortable avec une vue imprenable sur une très belle piscine au calme dans un parc tropical avec des arbres magnifiques et très bien entretenu et très propre. L’acceuil a l’arrivée et la remise des clefs ont été faite par une personne très aimable et sympathique. La résidence est proche des commodités et des plages. Tout se fait à pieds. Nous avons été ravis de nos vacances et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L'appartement spacieux correspond parfaitement au descriptif. 2 atouts majeurs: d'abord la situation dans un parc superbement fleuri et arboré doté d'une très belle piscine, le tout très bien entretenu. Ensuite la situation géographique dans Cavalaire qui permet de tout faire à pied (proximité de plage, port, commerces et restaurants). Il faut ajouter à cela, l'extrême réactivité de Stéphanie et son contact très agréable.

La résidence est idéalement située, face au port et à la plage, en plein centre ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Les enfants comme les adultes ont beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine de la résidence. L'appartement est charmant, très confortable et dispose d'un jardin privé permettant une grande intimité. Le duplex du Grand Pavois à Cavalaire est très bien situé à 100 m de la plage , en plein centre ville , dans une résidence agréable avec piscine et grand jardin et parking privé . L''appartement est très calme , bien exposé et bien entretenu .La cuisine, les WC et la partie séjour donnant sur balcon ou l'on peut déjeuner , sont très agréables à vivre ainsi que le rez de chaussée ( 2 chambres donnant sur un jardin intérieur) permet d'avoir un endroit de repos fort agréable et ensoleillé. Tout se fait à pied et l'on peut aller diner ou faire ses courses sans voiture car les restaurants et les boutiques se trouvent tous à proximité du Grand Pavois . C'est super! Je recommande cet endroit à mes amis et serai ravie d'y retourner .
