Beautiful and spacious duplex located in a residence opposite the Maison de la Mer in Cavalaire-sur-Mer.

The property overlooks the sea and the marina and is close to the centre of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, in the Le Grand Pavois residence. It features a terrace facing the swimming pool and a private garden.

The duplex includes a large living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds and bunk beds, as well as one bathroom and two toilets.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.

Private parking is available within the secure residence, which has an on-site caretaker.

Rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday.

A €100 cleaning fee is payable directly to the cleaner.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be supplied for an additional charge.

Security deposit: €500.

Lovely apartment in probably the nicest and most convenient apartment blocks in Cavalaire with access to a really nice pool.Air conditioning in the lounge area would be a bonus tbh.Just be aware that sheets are not provided otherwise a great stay

Good location but only air con in the bedrooms

The property is in a great location, very central and a lovely pool. However the listing says it has air con but it's only downstairs in the bedrooms, not in the lounge or kitchen. It was a heatwave when we were there so it made it quite unbearable, especially with children. I asked for a fan but was told there wasn't one. The rest of place is a bit tired looking but functional and the beds weren't very comfortable.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Besonders begeistert hat uns der tolle Pool und die großzügige Außenfläche – perfekt, um sich zu entspannen und die schönen Sommertage zu genießen. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der große Kühlschrank war für unsere Familie besonders praktisch. Insgesamt bietet das Apartment alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht.Eine ganz besondere Überraschung waren die zwei Schildkröten auf dem Grundstück. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert und haben sie jeden Tag gefüttert – das war definitiv ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Der Host war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und stand uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ende August hatten wir außerdem tolles Wetter, ein wunderschönes Meer und schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Im Meer gab es allerdings einige Quallen, was je nach Situation etwas störend sein kann.Ein paar Punkte könnten aus unserer Sicht noch verbessert werden. Die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft hätte besser sein können, sodass wir zunächst selbst etwas putzen mussten. Im Badezimmer gibt es außerdem Stellen mit Schimmel. Auch die Kopfkissen hatten teilweise einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch.Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel hatten wir insgesamt einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders der Pool, die großzügige Anlage, die Schildkröten und die freundliche Betreuung durch den Host werden uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

Séjour avec ma maman

Appartement traversant, idéalement situé, à 5 min à pied de la mer et du centre, avec piscine très bien entretenue; bravo à la personne qui s'en occupe. La météo a été capricieuse, la 2e semaine, c'est le seul regret. Parking sécurisé spacieux, top quand on arrive avec une grande voiture. Je recommande cet appartement.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der FeWo. Die Kinder fanden den warmen Pool (26°C) super, wir die zentrale Lage der Wohnung und die tolle Gartenanlage. Es war etwas schwierig herauszufinden, wo die eigentliche Wohnung liegt. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Beau séjour

Calme, sécurisée ce qui peut être un avantage pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, la résidence est idéalement située à proximité des commerces, de la plage et du port. L'appartement est spacieux, dispose de deux chambres situées en rez-de-jardin ce qui permet de profiter aisément de l'étage supérieur; le balcon est suffisamment grand pour pouvoir y déjeuner et le petit jardin privatif apporte un espace supplémentaire. Il y a enfin un deuxième petit balcon côté cuisine. L'appartement est bien équipé aussi bien en électro-ménager (petit ou gros) qu'en vaisselle ou ustensiles. Nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine en cette période de l'année mais cela apporte un cachet supplémentaire au très bel extérieur. Petit bémol le ballon d'eau chaude est rapidement vide: en été ça n'est sans doute pas un problème, en avril c'est un peu juste. Enfin, l'hôte est disponible et attentif.

Appartement idéalement situé à Cavalaire en face de la mer dans un belle résidence à proximité des commerces. Duplex très fonctionnel bien adapté pour une famille de 5-6 personnes. Deux belles chambres donnant sur un jardinet très agréable. Belle piscine dans la résidence. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Que du bonheur

Le duplex est très confortable avec une vue imprenable sur une très belle piscine au calme dans un parc tropical avec des arbres magnifiques et très bien entretenu et très propre. L’acceuil a l’arrivée et la remise des clefs ont été faite par une personne très aimable et sympathique. La résidence est proche des commodités et des plages. Tout se fait à pieds. Nous avons été ravis de nos vacances et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement idéalement situe

L'appartement spacieux correspond parfaitement au descriptif. 2 atouts majeurs: d'abord la situation dans un parc superbement fleuri et arboré doté d'une très belle piscine, le tout très bien entretenu. Ensuite la situation géographique dans Cavalaire qui permet de tout faire à pied (proximité de plage, port, commerces et restaurants). Il faut ajouter à cela, l'extrême réactivité de Stéphanie et son contact très agréable.

Belle résidence mais appartement à rénover

L' appartement est bien situé dans une résidence très bien entretenue avec piscine. L'appartement nécessite des travaux de rénovation et d'un coup de neuf au niveau mobilier.

Séjour idyllique en famille

La résidence est idéalement située, face au port et à la plage, en plein centre ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Les enfants comme les adultes ont beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine de la résidence. L'appartement est charmant, très confortable et dispose d'un jardin privé permettant une grande intimité. Une semaine très agréable en famille!

Le duplex du Grand Pavois à Cavalaire est très bien situé à 100 m de la plage , en plein centre ville , dans une résidence agréable avec piscine et grand jardin et parking privé . L''appartement est très calme , bien exposé et bien entretenu .La cuisine, les WC et la partie séjour donnant sur balcon ou l'on peut déjeuner , sont très agréables à vivre ainsi que le rez de chaussée ( 2 chambres donnant sur un jardin intérieur) permet d'avoir un endroit de repos fort agréable et ensoleillé. Tout se fait à pied et l'on peut aller diner ou faire ses courses sans voiture car les restaurants et les boutiques se trouvent tous à proximité du Grand Pavois . C'est super! Je recommande cet endroit à mes amis et serai ravie d'y retourner .
