For added flexibility, you'll find a comfortable fold-out sofa bed in the living room, plus another fold-out sofa downstairs.

The downstairs entertainment area features a large-screen TV with DVD movies, a pool table, and a small bar – perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze with its range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the cooking essentials you'll need. The home also boasts a UV filtered water system, tested and certified drinkable by a lab, for your peace of mind.

Please note that this beautiful home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with on-site security cameras and parking for up to three vehicles. Our neighbors respect each other's peace and tranquility. RV parking and hookups are not available. The gradual stairway (83 steps) to the dock and beach area offers unique access, and the yard is a scenic hillside, making it less suitable for toddlers to play on.
