Fabulous & Funky 3 Bedroom Flat in East London. Close to Underground & 24h Tesco

My fabulous, funky 3 double bedroom flat is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids) and is very close to transport and local shops and restaurants. The flat is on the raised ground floor of a Victorian house and just refurbished; all the interiors were lovingly designed by me to create a stylish, functional space with a WOW factor.
The flat is 5 mins walk from Leytonstone underground station (Central Line) and the journey into central London takes 20-25 minutes a 24 hour supermarket for all your shopping needs.

Each bedroom is decorated in a unique style. The beds are all UK double /US queen size with memory foam mattresses and 100% Egyptian cotton bedding.

The living room has a double sofa bed which can sleep an additional 2 people. NB.If you are 6 guests ( or less), but will require use of the sofa bed please let me know on booking so I can leave out additional bedding for you.

Your party will have the entire property to use as your home from home.
It has a newly fitted kitchen with ceramic electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and washer/dryer. The worktop is white quartz and there is an under mounted copper sink and mixer tap and plenty of cupboard space.The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cookware. There is a Bosch kettle and toaster and copper cafetiere.

The living room has a TV with built in DVD player and an android TV box for local & international TV channels & films. There is also wifi and central heating.

If you should need it there is an iron & ironing board and a hairdryer.The iron and hairdryer are in the wardrobe of the foxglove papered bedroom and the ironing board is tucked behind the wardrobe.

There is a shower room with walk in shower, sink and toilet . NB. there is no bath. Because there is NO BATH, I have said it is not suitable for infants 0-2 but if this does not bother you then I am ok with you bringing your babies!

Also, please be extra careful when using hair straighteners or the iron and DO NOT place them directly on the carpet! As damage to the carpet will be charged for.

Wonderful Stay in Leytonstone

This was a magnificent base for London- not only is the neighborhood of Leytonstone full of imaginative dining establishments, but easy to get everywhere via the Central Line. Very quiet and safe location. And the unit itself is spacious and clean.

The flat was comfortable, clean and in a great location. Close to Tesco, the tube and several restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware and things to begin your stay. We found that the washer/dryer was very helpful.

Fantastic stay!

We loved staying here! The host was so welcoming and accommodating! We were able to drop our bags off a little earlier than check in, and the host was so kind and offered us tea and biscuits right away. She showed us how everything worked in person, and always responded to other questions via text. The place was so cute! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and it was very comfortable! Just a quick walk to the train station, through a cute and quiet neighborhood. Fantastic place to stay!

Celebration (with ABBA)

A small group of us ( aging in range from 28-60, all women) stayed here, as we had booked ABBA voyage. This was an excellent location, we stayed two nights, the tube (central line) is a five minute walk and we were in central London in 20 mins. The communication with the owner was excellent, timely, comprehensive and friendly. The accommodation was warm, cosy and we loved the decor. It had everything you could think of. We drove down from Yorkshire, and the secure off road parking was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Carolyn was very helpfull to answer to our questions. The flat is well equipped. Just one point for us: the curtains let the sun enter into the rooms in the morning (we are used to have shutters at home) We had a great stay in Carolyn flat.

Not What We Expected

This rental did not meet our expectations as the photos and description do not match the listing. Be warned; 5 star reviews are not accurate. Unless you have business in Leytonstone, do not stay here. This is not a family friendly area for tourists. The unit is in a shared walk up. The entry is overgrown and frightening. The interiors are run down with mold, dust, and, unknown substances. The backyard is totally unkempt. It is obvious that the owner attempted to put lipstick on a pig. The cute wallpaper cannot make up for the major inadequacies. Due to curcumstance, we were forced to stay one night which is a huge regret as my children were uneasy. We left immediately the next morning and informed VRBO. I would not advise anyone to stay here, especially families with children.

L'appartement est très sympa avec une touche funky.Notre hote Caroline a été très gentille et nous a donné des conseils sur l'appartement.l'appartement est situé proche d'une ligne de métro et permet de rejoindre le centre en 30 minutes environs.Il est également proche de toutes commodités, un tesco, u macdo, une pharmacie, des pubs sont environnants.Le seul petit bémol de cet appartement est qu'il est proche de l'autoroute, sinon mise à part ça tout était parfait.

We absolutely enjoyed our experience. Carolyn is a wonderful host who has a very comfortable apartment. 7 mins walk to a tube station and 30 mins from there to all the sights. Big enough for a family of 5 (3 bedrooms and a pull out) and wonderful, friendly touches like providing basic supplies on arrival and special touches like candy jars! 100% recommend.

Adorable place, good location

Host was pleasant and informative. This place was accurately described and was located about a 7 min walk from a zone 3 tube station. There is a Tesco within walking distance. The decor was lovely and there was fresh bread and jam for us upon arrival. This a unique place and a great stay!
