The Bilocale Verde is a two-storey apartment (45 sqm, spiral staircase): 4 beds. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen and two single beds; in an adjoining room there is a fifth single bed, table to eat inside and the spiral staircase to go up to the second floor. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom where there is also a third single bed, a toilet and a terrace.
The terrace with a magnificent view of the valley is equipped for relaxation (armchairs and parasol). The portico is shared with three other apartments and equipped with a private table for outdoor dining. The house is located in the hills, swimming pool and barbecue available. Free Wifi.
Guests have access to a swimming pool (c. To 5 meters for 10) with solarium, barbecue and some games for adults and children (table football and ping pong, slide and swing). The Fattoria Cristina is located in Marciano, a small and quiet village of Castelnuovo Magra, La Spezia. It is thirty minutes from the ferry or train to reach the Cinque Terre, thirty minutes from Versilia, Lerici and Portovenere. Forty minutes from Pisa and Lucca.
Florence and Genoa can be reached within an hour and a half.
The house is in full countryside and enjoys an exceptional panoramic view. The Fattoria Cristina is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, but not far from sites of great scenic, historical and cultural interest.
To reach the house you need a private car, we are located about halfway from the exits of the Sarzana and Carrara motorway (15 km including 4 km of hilly road).
Restaurants and supermarkets are 6 km away in the village of Castelnuovo Magra and can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car
Guests have access to a swimming pool (c. To 5 meters for 10) with solarium, barbecue and some games for adults and children (table football and ping pong, slide and swing). You can use the wifi for free. From the house it is possible to leave for excursions on foot in the surrounding countryside.
We personally welcome guests and we are available for suggestions regarding local attractions, restaurants, initiatives in the surrounding areas, the best wineries to visit.
The Fattoria Cristina is located in the countryside, here you will rediscover the contact with nature, we own a dog, a cat and a pony and your pets are welcome!

The charm of this place is that being five kilometers from the nearest village is completely surrounded by greenery, on a hill with a wonderful view that allows you to enjoy the nature and relaxation needed in every holiday. The Aurelia is only ten minutes by car and allows you to reach a number of attractions such as the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, the villages on the surrounding hills, Sarzana, La Versilia, the Alps, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, etc .. . in a short time.
It is not possible to reach our structure by public transport. The nearest bus stop is 5 km away, and Carrara and Sarzana train stations are 15 km away. The house has a free private parking. A private car is required to reach the property.
From the house you can leave for hiking or cycling (mountain biking, hill routes).
