Independent apartment with private outdoor area and beautiful view of the hills. It is located in a private property of 12 hectares of land between sunflower fields, natural and cultivated truffle fields where it is possible to make beautiful walks and collect fresh and precious truffles. IS
The house is on two floors: upstairs there is a large bedroom with 4/5 beds and a bathroom. On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, living room, panoramic terrace equipped with all comforts: table, chairs, sun beds, hammock, barbecue. The house is located in the Municipality of Cagli near Urbino, Gubbio, the sea of Fano, Pesaro, Monte Conero, Grotte di Frasassi and every small nearby village such as Cagli, Urbania, Fossombrone can be reached in 10 minutes and deserve to be visited. The nearest shops such as the pharmacy, bars, restaurants, the supermarket are located 1.5 km from the house. Very silent and relaxing.
