Check our reviews! They speak for themselves. This will be one of the best vacation rentals you have ever stayed in!

2 Bedroom (with King beds!) / 2 Full Bathroom downstairs condo in Legacy Villas. Unit comes with 2 covered patios, full kitchen (fully stocked with all utensils and cookware!), dining room, and living room (with fireplace).

One of the bedrooms has a private en suite bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace, private balcony, and a separate front door.

Bedrooms and Living Room have brand new large Samsung TVs with full Spectrum cable package via streaming.

Iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows are provided.

Kitchen is outfitted with pots and pans, utensils, microwave, coffee pots, toaster and blender.

High-speed Spectrum Gig 1Gbps WIFI is also included.

The community has 2 large family pools with spa, 1 large adult pool with spa, and many more smaller pools and spas are all within very close proximity to our condo.

The rooms are exactly as they’re pictured. It’s like staying in a hotel room! Towels, bath amenities, and a full kitchen is provided so you basically don’t need to bring anything but what you would pack for a hotel. The place is very nice. Air conditioning worked well and bathrooms were very large. There was even a pull out couch! I stayed here for coachella and it was a 7 min walk to the shuttle. The only downside is that the pricing was way too high just because it was coachella weekend. I would stay if it wasn’t so expensive!

The music festivals are the absolute most expensive times to stay in the desert because they are the busiest weekends out there. We had a perfect getaway at Legacy Villas in La Quinta! We especially loved staying in this spacious unit with 2 large bedrooms and large bathrooms, the comfiest beds and two patios and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for food prep! We loved the gorgeous backdrop of the mountains and waking up to blue skies every morning! Wish we could've stayed longer! We'll be back!!

Another great La Quinta getaway

We have been coming to legacy villas for 15 years. We have stayed at various units and this was a great unit. Location was great as it was right across from a pool. It was clean and had all the convenience of a home. Check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Legacy Villas. The place was perfect for my family of four. The location was great to a nearby pool and walking distance to the main pool. The weather was amazing. We will most definitely rent this place again.

Very Relaxing Stay

This is a great property with lots of walking trails and pools close by. The unit was quiet when we were there and easy to access everything. Lots to do in La Quinta and great places to eat. We highly recommend this place in Legacy Villas.

Why they chose this property

Legacy Villas is such a wonderful community! We are a small neighborhood nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains in La Quinta. From the moment you enter, you feel an enormous amount of peace come over you. The Spanish architecture pays homage to La Quinta's rich history and the aesthetics of the Waldorf Astoria's world famous La Quinta Resort, located just seconds away. The grounds, with their lush desert landscaping, beautiful fountains, citrus trees, hammock garden, and too many pools and spas to count, make you feel like you are staying at a 5-star resort but without the crowds! In addition, our very secure and gated community has 24 hour around the clock security.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is unlike so many others that are managed by third party management companies. We make sure our home has everything we would want when staying somewhere. Whether it is high-quality cooking utensils or luxurious linens and bedding... we just don't settle for mediocre. If there is ever an issue, we do our best to address it right away for our guests. We like to be proactive and take care of little problems before they turn into bigger problems, so if something isn't quite perfect, just let us know!
