NOT A HAPPY PLACE

The apartment is too cold for a winter let. The electric heating supplied was not adequate as the electricity is very intermittent, especially if one is cooking: oven + hob+ microwave = electricity blows. Not acceptable for the 21st century, perhaps the apartment needs rewiring or the whole block! The noise from the roundabout was horrendous, especially at 5.00am when the bins were being emptied. Perhaps the balcony needs glazing in as many are, which would help with the temperature. We have stayed in far nicer places in Calpe and would not stay there again.

Clark, We are sorry to hear that your stay was not pleasant Regarding the issues with the electricity if you had reported this to us our technician could pass and check the problem...until now we did not have any complains ...so could be a small thing ... One part of the apartment is facing north-east and can be sean from the terrace photos and other terrace is facing south ...so the apartment can be compared with once which are facing all day sun...

Estupenda ubicación y buenas vistas. Acceso andando a pocos minutos a playas, puerto marítimo y parque natural Peñon d Ifach. Amplia zona de aparcamiento y supermercados en las proximidades. Apartamento bien distribuido para 4 personas,2 habitaciones con baño propio respectivamente.Decoración sencilla, cómoda y con todos los servicios.Amplias terrazas con vistas.Ideal...!! Relacion calidad precio buena. Un lugar de vacaciones para repetir.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, amplio y muy limpio.Terraza exterior con buenas vistas. Repetiría sin dudarlo. El único pero son las almohadas que están algo deformes del uso, ya se lo comentamos a las chicas de la agencia.

Este apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Tiene buenas vistas y está situado muy cerca de la playa y de las salinas. Lo único que cambiaría el colchón de la cama de matrimonio, se hunde un poco.
