Indulge yourself in a luxurious apartment close to the beach.

I am shocked about your bad review (the only one) on your stay. We have kindly left two loungers before your arrival (even if not included in the provided items), but you asked for more. We couldn’t provide more than two loungers. It is allowed to sit on the private garden of the apartment. You forgot to mention that you and your friends were squatting on the building’s gardens. We received a call from the building manager as many other tenants complained about your behaviour. It is indeed classified as an outstanding and luxurious building and certain behaviours are not allowed. There is no need of shade in the apartment, but if you had asked me for an umbrella, I would have certainly provided one. Before the check-in you sent me many and many requests and I have fully provided you with everything you asked for. As you can see from all the other reviews, the other guests have always found everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are precise pictures of each bedroom on the website, both bedrooms have, in fact, window doors! One of them overlooks a small enclosed terrace with natural light and air coming from above, it is not dark. When I came for the check-out I immediately noted that you had moved all the furniture in the living room without restoring everything in the original position. It has never happened before or after your stay with any other guest. You have also broken a painting during the procedure and you said that it fell off just by itself. In order to distract me from the living area and from what you had done, you attacked me on how uncomfortable the bedrooms were, with no hooks on the walls…. That you were forced to keep your clothes on the floor. You said you used the chairs and the chests of drawers for your toilet stuff. In all the bathrooms of the apartment there are shelves and toilet cabinets. I think you were just afraid of the deposit fee you had to pay for the damages you made around the house and that’s the reason for the bad review. All the couches are brand new as shown on the website. For hygienic reasons, we cover them with couch covers. This way at every check-out we just need to wash them without pulling off the couches’ covers, and our guests can take advantage of fresh and clean couches’ covers at each time.I am really open to fair critics and I always go the extra mile in order to assist my guests. Next time I suggest you to carefully read all the descriptions and conditions, and to look at all the pictures.
