Accommodation on the first floor with lift, in the central area, very convenient to services; completely exposed to the south therefore very bright.
Under the house there is a nice free parking!
The apartment offers:
Double bedroom furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Bedroom with bridge wardrobe and cot.
Bathroom with window and mosquito net, shower and washing machine.
Kitchenette with newly installed kitchen equipped with stainless steel hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Living room with 4/6 people table, chairs, furniture, TV and fridge with freezer.
Both bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, toilet paper, scottex, salt, sugar, detergent, tea bags for breakfast, coffee on request are provided.
A large terrace connects all the rooms in the house, equipped with a sunshade, table and furniture to store objects and separate collection.
Hot water is supplied by an independent boiler, always installed in its niche on the terrace, as well as heating.
Chairs and sun loungers are also provided.

Siamo una famiglia composta da 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi 14 e 11 anni ci siamo trovati molto bene, centro storico a 2 passi 8 mn con l auto per arrivare al mare la sig.ra Silvana e suo marito brave persone e molto disponibili

APPARTAMENTO LONTANO DAL MARE

Appartamento lontano dal mare e dal centro di Albenga. Io e mia sorella abbiamo fatto un regalo ai nostri genitori pensando che l'appartamento non fosse così distante invece lo era.. Non lo consiglierei per soggiorni al mare. Proprietaria gentile ma troppo invadente. Sicuramente i miei genitori non ci torneranno.

Appartement très agréable, proche du centre historique

Appartement très agréable, très propre,bien équipé et avec un grand balcon. Très bon accueil de Sylvana et de son mari qui nous ont remis une documentation dont nous avons tiré profit. Albenga est une ville très animée le soir. Seul petit bémol, la plage est un petit peu éloignée de l’appartement, mais heureusement la route est ombragée pour s’y rendre..

Ospitalità esemplare, appartamento pulitissimo, molto attrezzato e accogliente.

La signora Silvana è di una gentilezza squisita, si è resa disponibile da prima del nostro arrivo fino alla partenza e per tutti i giorni del soggiorno. Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso, luminoso e attrezzato. Ci siamo trovati benissimo con due bimbi piccoli. Ci torneremo!

Ci siamo trovati bene, pulito , dotato di numerosi confort.

Con la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo, accolti dalla sig.ra Silvana che è stata gentilissima e puntuale nell'illustrarci la proprietà . La casa era pulita e dotata di molti confort. Vicina al centro di Albenga e centri commerciali. Consigliato

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Stadtlage

Die Wohnung entsprach voll der Beschreibung, war gut eingerichtet und hat uns nichts vermissen lassen. Sie war nur wenige Gehminuten von der hostorischen Altstadt entfernt und lag in einem Wohnvirtel mit guter Infrastruktur (Supermarkt, Bäcker, kostenfreier Parkplatz...). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und aufmerksam und gibt gute Tips, z.B. zu kostenfreien Stränden etc. Wir haben eine Woche ende Juli in der Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin bevorzugt den bargeldlosen Geldtransfer, was jedoch kein Problem war. Die Kaution ist promt wieder auf unserem Konto gelandet.
