No communication
The property itself is meh. Not 4 star not terrible, location fine, but no hot water. Owner didn't reply until the next morning as we were literally checking out. We asked for instructions regarding parking and for an email to be resent with checking in info. That never happened. So had to call about parking. Was told free parking on street on weekends Nope. Got a £60 ticket. Only free Saturday night. Owner was no help in telling us where to park. Railing has loose and missing rails, water never fully drained from shower and the street noise was incredibly loud. Our stay over a pub in Stirling was not remotely as loud. Would not recommend....would love a refund for parking ticket and no hot water......
