Oak Cottage is situated close to the village of Backbarrow just one mile from Newby Bridge in Cumbria. The cottage can sleep ten people in five double bedrooms all of which are en-suite. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for four cars and a private patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Oak Cottage is a lovely base from which to explore this fabulous part of the country.

Private enclosed patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles. Note: Fishing available on the estate tarn/lake at certain times of the year by prior arrangement with owner. Environmental license required. Note: Due to tarn/take on-site and hot tub, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There are also stone steps from the front door down to garden. Note: Max 10 guests and 1 infant.
