Apartment. It is completely new, refurbished and decorated in a modern style. It has a very comfortable sofa bed with mattress viscolatex for 2 people in the living room, double bed in the bedroom, two closets large capacity, full bathroom with tub and fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The double glazed windows make the warm and quiet apartment for comfort and relaxation of our guests.

We have free parking in the same building for guests, very important in this area of ​​Madrid.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
