Location is everything!

We loved the convenience of the property and all the amenities that were left by the rental company. We had everything we needed and loved that we could walk to shops, restaurants, the pool and beach within minutes.

Wonderful location!

A few years ago, we stopped through WaterColors for a lunch at FOOW enroute to Sanibel. We were awed by the beautiful beaches and community, so decided to come and stay this year. Did not disappoint! The condo was excellent and very enjoyable, particularly with a few cool and rainy days. Will definitely book again.

Such a wonderful getaway

We’ve been coming to 30A for several years but this was the first time in Watercolor. We loved this condo’s location and enjoyed exploring the community on the bikes provided. The unit is spacious and we loved the outdoor deck and screened in porch. Everything was pretty much as described in the listing. We would definitely come back to this property again!

Great location!

This property was located within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, plus just a short bike ride from Seaside. The balcony overlooked the park across the street, which was a perfect setting for my morning coffee. We had no complaints on the property or its amenities! I would highly recommend it! I do wish it would've been easier to communicate with management.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was in walking distance or bike ride to everything we needed. The condo was very clean and the beds comfortable. This condo is well decorated and the location in Watercolor is excellent. We enjoyed our two week stay. During second week, cigar and cigarette smokers on the balconies downstairs made using our balcony unpleasant. Not sure if I would rent this unit again

Spring Break 2019

First time renting a condo and we loved it! Cozy, great decor and wonderful screened porch. The layout is perfect. The location is awesome, close to beach, downtown Seaside and The Boathouse! We enjoyed the new pool Camp Watercolor pool,and did some paddle boarding and played pickle ball. I would return to this unit again.

We traveled to Watercolor for Thanksgiving. The accommodations we chose were perfect for our family, and the location of the property has become our favorite. We reported a malfunction with the elevator and it was immediately fixed. 360 blue was great - we had a wonderful vacation and have no complaints! Would recommend the property as well as 360 blue.

This is our 4th year at Watercolor. We missed last summer and many things have changed. Nicely decorated unit. Great location. Unit was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Couch needs to be clean or replaced as do rugs. No master closet which was inconvenient. Great patio areas. Loved the bonus bunks. I wish the beds had more comfortable pillows considering the premium price you pay, even the Hampton Inn has better pillow options. The AC works great in the living area but the master bedroom is the warmest room in the house. Bikes with the rental were fine. Bikes we rented were not and it took 2 days to sort out and get a refund. TIPS: bring your own beach towels, the resort ran out and there were no towels for the beach or pool Sunday or Monday until Noon. Rent extra bikes when you arrive. You can no longer charge things at the Beach Club and Boat House to your room. Check out options for beach chair rentals.
