*There is a 2 car maximum at Phoenix West. The resort charges for parking passes on site. You will have the option to register and purchase parking passes online in advance of your arrival or at the service desk when you check-in. Pricing subject to change.

*Please note: All purchased parking passes will be limited to a period not to exceed 31 days. A guest stay in excess of 31 days, will require the purchase of an additional pass for each 31-day period thereafter while on the property.

• Building Repair Notice: The Association’s contractor, Hadley Construction, will be performing exterior wall repairs from Sept 8–Nov 28, 2025 (weather permitting). This work will address visible cracks on the east and west walls by grinding the affected areas, injecting epoxy, regrading the surface, and recoating/repainting.
Phase 1 – Sept 8–26: East driveway & nearby grill area closed weekdays, 8:30 AM–6 PM; all traffic will use the west driveway.
Phase 2 – Sept 29–Nov 28: West driveway closed weekdays, 8:30 AM–6 PM; all traffic will use the east driveway.
Both driveways will be open evenings and weekends for normal access.
