About this property

The Casetta Greta is located in a residence totally immersed in the green just a stone's throw from the town center. And 'an apartment on the ground floor which offers its visitors a relaxing bath and amenities in a place of very renowned sea. There are two bedrooms, one double relaxing and great for relaxation after the days of the sea, a room in which there are two single beds. In the living room there is the possibility to accommodate two more people, thanks to a comfortable sofa bed. The building is equipped with water heater and washing machine, a fully functional kitchen and outside space with tables and chairs for dining in the calm summer evenings and some chairs and a hammock to relax.

Esperienza indimenticabile

La casa rispecchia la descrizione dell'annuncio. È molto comoda per un soggiorno con bimbi piccoli perché dispone di molto spazio sia interno che esterno. È vicinissima al centro che si raggiunge a piedi in 3 minuti. Ottima posizione anche per raggiungere le diverse spiagge. Grazie mille alla proprietaria Greta sempre disponibile.

Casa accogliente e confortevole in ottima posizione

La casa è molto accogliente e dotata dei confort necessari per una comoda vacanza. L’unica assenza, in caso di caldo intenso, è quella del climatizzatore. Bello il giardino, molto curato, anche se non garantisce molta privacy. Complessivamente una esperienza molto positiva e non nella solita casa di vacanze, asettica e minimale. Una nota di merito per la proprietaria per la sua gentilezza e gli utili suggerimenti.

Alloggio perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana con 2 bambini:l’aappartamento è perfetto.Pulito,spazioso fresco e a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal centro.Non posso che consigliarlo.Greta fantastica!!

un tocco di shabby al profumo di mare

Buon gusto e accoglienza sono è ciò che, a distanza di un mese, ricordo ancora del nostro soggiorno in Sardegna. Greta è stata dolce e disponibile e il suo appartamento è un grazioso nido immerso nel verde, costantemente accarezzato da un piacevolissimo vento che rende l'abitazione fresca ed estremamente ospitale. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere le innumerevoli spiagge nei dintorni di Villasimius, ma ovviamente non si può prescindere da un mezzo privato. Non abbiamo mai fatto più di 10 minuti di macchina, senza vedere mai la stessa spiaggia. La sera si raggiunge a piedi il centro di Villasimius o si può preferire la rilassante veranda che si apre sul verde di un sobrio, ma raffinato comprensorio, in cui è immersa questa elegante e discreta dimora.

Vacanza bellissima!

Abbiamo vissuto una bellissima settimana a Villasimius! La casa è proprio bella: curata, arredata con gusto e molto funzionale. È molto adatta a famiglie come la nostra (2 adulti e 2 bambini), grazie a due camere da letto spaziose, alle grandi verande sia sul davanti sia sul retro, una cucina funzionale con tutto il necessario e un'efficiente lavatrice. Inserita in un tranquillo e curato residence, è comoda sia a tutte le stupende spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto sia al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato tante attenzioni: un biglietto di benvenuto e l'acqua fresca nel frigo al nostro arrivo, la presenza di giochi da tavolo e carte da gioco, il materiale da spiaggia (ombrelloni, maschere, pinne ecc) a disposizione degli ospiti. È stata una vera comodità, soprattutto per noi che siamo arrivati in aereo con un bagaglio limitato. Greta è sempre stata gentile e disponibile. Grazie per i bei giorni.
