About this property

House in the Cevennes on the banks of the Herault

our house is the last in the village in a car-free area. you can walk to the center of the village which has all the amenities (pharmacy, doctor, physiotherapist, butcher, bakery ...) in a few minutes. The 1500 m2 terraced plot located along the Herault. The house has 2 completely refurbished bedrooms, equipped with 140 cm beds, one with a bathroom and toilet and the other with a bathroom. In the main part, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with 5 sleeping places (a 140 cm bed; 2 80 cm boat beds and an 80 cm bed). the living room opens onto a garden with an arbor topped by a wisteria. You can access the river from the house in a shaded area with a small "private" beach where you can swim and picnic.
