2700 sq ft lake house with a 900 sq ft deck for entertaining. Massive dock, spacious layout, with room for the whole crew. Set on the wide part of Lake Samish, you are just minutes from town with local hiking, biking, and of course water sports. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a large driveway ensuring plenty of parking for the friends. This house has 4 bedrooms with 2 fold-down leather couches to ensure plenty of sleeping space. Dont forget the fire pit with provided firewood for those eventing fires!
