private home is beautifully remodeled and professionally
decorated. This is a clean 3 bedroom, 2 Full bath family
home close to Daytona Beach at Rose Bay in Port Orange,
Florida.
There is room to roam in this spacious 3 bedroom home.
Features include a living room/office area, large separate
dining room (seats 10-12), a kitchen with
additional counter seating for 7, and in-home washer/dryer.
Sleeps 7 adults comfortably. (see bedroom descriptions for bed sizes)
The kitchen is has sparkling terazzo floors and
ample cabinetry. Large beautifully
landscaped front and back yard with patio. Back yard fenced
in and secure, plenty of parking spaces for up to 3+ cars with
trailer parking available across the street. See bottom

Small bayside park for children or picnicking down the street.

Great getaway!

Our group had a great time here! The bunk beds made room assignments easy, since everyone had their own space. Super close to the beach and everything we wanted in Daytona, while still being away from the traffic of the strip!

Nice house and easy to get to. The AC could only go as low as 76 and to all of us that stayed it was a little warm but if you turned and fans on and had air flow it wasn’t bad.

Shortcomings in the details…

There were a lot of issues with the home that isn’t technically listed under the five star rating reviews. As soon as we arrived my husband was stung by a hornet by the front door. The property guy came and sprayed but it still wasn’t a great start. The place in pictures looks great however it’s not… The living room furniture is uncomfortable and practically unusable. The drain in the shower was clogged as soon as you started the water. We got a drain snake and unclogged a lot of hair. On the topic of hair, the rotators in the dryer were covered in hair and had to be wiped down. The master bed is broken. It leans to the head and middle of the bed. We peaked underneath to find dust and used socks so we just dealt with the uncomfortableness. The bunk beds don’t have high railings and our kid could get knocked out if they sat up while the ceiling fan was on. You’re not allowed to change the thermostat, it has to stay at 76F. Pack extra fans because the ones they do have, shake. The back door doesn’t stay shut. There is no broom only a vacuum that overheats. I think if there was a more through cleaning and walk through of the house it could be better. Definitely not staying here again but I enjoyed the closeness to relatives and our doggy accommodations.
