Beautiful contemporary home on East side of Seneca Lake provides beautiful sunset views and peaceful/serene surroundings. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with Central Air sleeps 15 comfortably. Situated on approximately one-half acre, has large front yard and back deck with propane gas grill, firepit, and picnic area. Main living area boasts hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows for wonderful views of Seneca Lake, along with a remote-controlled gas fireplace and big screen TV for relaxing evenings indoors. First floor master suite with private bath features large soaking tub with TV and separate shower. Laundry and half-bath also on first floor. 2nd bedroom on second floor has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet - sleeps 3. 3rd bedroom on second floor has a queen size, and a full size and twin bunk bed - sleeps 5. 4th bedroom on second floor features vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors, and can be used as a separate den with a love seat and 42 inch TV - also sleeps 5. 3rd Full bathroom on second floor has large walk-in shower. Contemporary decor throughout. WiFi enabled televisions allow access to your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video. Picnic area and fire pit located in backyard.

30 feet of level lake frontage with picnic area, includes 100 foot dock, 200 sqft sundeck, and 6500-lb electric boat hoist - accommodates up to a 22 foot boat.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED.

Kitchen is fully equipped, house is spacious. The property is not directly on the water there is a road in between the home and the dock. However, we had a wonderful time and the street is very quiet! Close proximity to a few of our favorite wineries and breweries!

Awesome weekend

This place was perfect for our weekend celebration! Tons of beds with linens and lots of space for hanging out, eating, relaxing , etc. we had perfect weather and enjoyed being able to go float on the water and hang out on the dock.

The house was absolutely Beautiful! Everything you might need from kitchen utensils to a curling iron in the master. The dining room was very spacious and plenty of room for us 8 women to sit around the table as well as the living room. The lake view was gorgeous. The only suggestions would be to spray paint the garbage can with your house number. We were so nervous we put our garbage in the wrong can upon checking out. We all loved the house so much and would definitely stay again!

Perfect home for our family vacation!

This home is our favorite of all of the annual family Finger Lake trips we have taken. The house is beautiful and had the perfect lay out for our gatherings. We loved the easy access to the lake as well as the dock and the deck. The location on the lake was great as it was in close proximity to many of our favorite wineries and breweries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Long weekend by the lake

This place was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Dock and boat lift located just down the hill, convenient lake access. This was perfect for our needs.

Fantastic House

House was perfect for our group of 9. Four great bedrooms and great living space. We were just minutes from our Venues fir the weekend and just a short ride into Geneva. The dock with deck above right on Seneca Lake was my favorite spot for great sunsets. 10 out of 10 deck above on

My neices bachelorette party

There were 15 of us. The accommodations were perfect. We had a great time and loved the house. Was a little cold beginning of May, so couldn’t enjoy the yard at all but did manage to enjoy a little time on the dock down by the lake… No complaints❤️

Seneca Reunion

We had a great time at this home!! Just as described and all questions answered quickly and accurately. Loved outdoor back patio and dock/deck. Deck is across street but road is very low traffic and the views are spectacular. Great place for coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset. We had 8 people for family reunion and we had plenty of room. Great stay!

Gals Weekend

We had a great time visiting the finger lakes thanks to Mike! The only complaint I have is that the thermostat was set to 84 on one of the hottest weeks of the year. It took the entire length of our trip for the house to comfortable. Other than profusely sweating in the house while trying to eat pizza, the trip was great!

Great 4th

Could not have been a better choice for our family reunion. To clarify my 4-star rating on cleanliness, this only applies to the external property: Lawn mowed, beach clean-up (large mass of poison nightshade at dock), weeds and trees growing through the stairs, etc. This was a concern with the children present. Well-stocked kitchen utensils appreciated (perhaps a shelf in the sideboard cabinet to help manage all the pots and pans?). An additional light fixture for the dark end of the dining room would be a nice upgrade. Note to Karen - I would have fixed the laundry bi-fold door problem that you mentioned but didn't have my tools or parts available. The top of the door pivot needs to be attached/tightened to the door frame, otherwise the doors are fine. Maybe when I'm at my boat sometime I can give you a call to see if we can meet - would be happy to fix for you! If this house is available again for next summer, same dates, we might be interested. Thanks again for renting to us - we had a great time!

Not Clean!!! Ran out of supplies!!!

We rented this house for a little getaway with family to unplug and enjoy New Years. We had 6 adults and 6 kids under 13 and there was just enough room. When we arrived we needed to literally clean the entire house, there was dirt and food on the floors and everything was sticky. The doors were all filthy and the rugs were very stained. Old water bottles and food were found under the furniture and behind dressers. Thankfully we brought our own bedding and cleaning supplies. We specifically had asked about toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags and were told by the owner that everything would be at the house, well there were 3 garbage bags in the kitchen, a half roll of paper towel and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Definitely not enough for the 12 of us so we needed to make a trip to the store that we were not expecting to have to do. We messaged the owner about how dirty the house was and how within a day we were out if the supplies we were told would be there, we never received a reply back even though before our arrival he was quick to answer and questions. All in all we made the best of it but we will never recommend or rent this house again.

Wonderful property, beautiful home, every amenity you need for a very comfortable stay, including sheets and towels. Spacious rooms, fast wifi and good technology. Very clean fully equipped kitchen. Outside grill and fire pit. Check out was a breeze as was check-in. Lake just across the street for easy access.

This house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the Finger Lakes. Eight of us stayed for the weekend, and every single one of us would like to stay here again. The house has everything you need and ample parking. Outstanding property!

This is a great place if you are vacationing with family. There is a master suite on the main floor and upstairs has a master bedroom/full bath and two other bedrooms with a shared bath. There is a deck out back with plenty of shade. The front has a great view of the lake. The private boat dock is two tiered. Great place for relaxing on the water. Underneath the deck is the boat lift to store your boat while staying. Sampson State Park is five minutes up the road and offers a place to launch your boat or just a great place to visit.

Very good to excellent. Access to water and dock is easy. House is across a road; a very short distance to the water (10 second walk). Views/sunsets from upper deck are spectacular. Great neighbors. House is plenty spacious and well equipped. Nice back deck. Communication w owner and local resource is excellent.
