Welcome to cozy comfort on the Eastern shore of Florida. Just 62 miles from the Orlando International Airport, this renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath (sleeping 6) single family home is perfectly situated to enjoy all Florida has to offer. Just one block from the beach, this house has all the amenities you want including a large pool. Everything is modern, including a custom built kitchen with nice appliances and bar stools.

The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom and a TV with Chromecast.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

Chromecast is available so you can cast your favorite Netflix movies and shows right from your cell phone.

You have wireless Internet through out the house and can enjoy fast loading quality Internet.

Screened in porch seats 8 people comfortably and is perfect for your BBQ-evenings in Florida. Of course the lit pool makes your night even cozier.

Spend your days at the beach, come home and jump into the sparkling over sized pool. There is plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. Area attractions include Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, or take a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Your choices are unlimited.

Great Family Stay

House was very clean and just perfect for our family. We were in town for a wedding and the pool was a great way to spend some down time. Short walk to the beach. Would stay here again for sure!

Great property a short walk from the ocean

A great rental with everything we needed for our short stay whilst dropping off our son at college. The pool was a great bonus and much bigger than we expected, the beds were comfortable and access was extremely easy. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

I totally enjoyed my stay in Indian Harbor Beach. The home was so cute and comfortable. The neighbor across the street who oversees the property was very friendly and helpful! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who would like to stay close to the beach and enjoy the sunshine :-)

Great Location !

We had a very good stay @ this beautiful house. Location could not be more perfect! 5 min walk to the beach, or one hour drive to Orlando ( On those rainy days ). Pool at the house is also very nice!

Adorable home

Stayed for two months and enjoyed it thoroughly! The best part was the back porch and pool area! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. We had family and friends at different times throughout our stay and there was room for everyone. We would highly recommend this property!

50th Anniversary Party

Great place for a getaway!

Loved our stay! The location was perfect for its closeness to the beach. Was able to roll out of bed and hit the beach within minutes for the sunrise. The house had everything we needed including being able to make our own meals. The screened in porch was nice for eating meals and late night chilling. Pool was great even though a little chilly (but this time of year it kind of made sense). Would stay here again!

Cute, clean house

WI get away

Nice, clean, cozy beach house for 6 adults. Management of the property was OUTSTANDING! We had a rental van from Orlando, the location was perfect for Disney and also the numerous local beaches. Our favorite local eats was “Long Doggers”, two locations, a must! If you are looking for a place, please give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.
