The bathroom has a large walk-in, shower with dual shower heads. The unit has ceramic tile floors.This premier waterfront property is lushly landscaped and located on the intra-coastal waterway with a PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for those who love to frolic on the beach! Property features heated swimming pool and fishing dock, gas grills and picnic tables, are also on property. You can watch a movie on the 55”TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen w/granite counter tops or relax reading a book in the sun room...Make memories here.
