Charming Townhouse Condo w/ Large Pool Across from Beach

This is a beautifully decorated (in Mexican colors) 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, two-story townhouse condo. The interior is modern and clean. Bedroom 1 is downstairs and has a king size bed and an en-suite shower and bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the upstairs front room and has a king size bed and an en-suite shower and bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the upstairs back room (over the patio) and has a full size bed.
The tiled patio area includes a granite table with 6 chairs and an umbrella, an artistically tiled big barbecue, two lounge chairs, and tropical plants in planters and pots. The patio area is very private and gets a lot of afternoon sun. The patio area is especially cozy at night becsuse of the lighting.
The rental fee for the condo includes: electricity, propane gas, water/sewer/garbage removal, wifi, and all condo amenity privileges.
Housekeeping service is available for 750 pesos per cleaning.
The townhouse/condo is across the street from the beach, a 10-15 minute walk. Also a 15-minkte walk is a convenience store, pharmacy, fruteria, and several restaurants. There are many English speakers in the condo's development. The property is located in the Villa Marina development of Mazatlan, a 15-minute bus ride to the Golden Zone (the newer, more touristy shopping, restaurant and nightclub district), and a 30-45 minute bus ride to El Centro (the historic district with Spanish and French architecture.). Going in the other direction, the townhouse/condo is a 5-minute bus ride to Cerritos beach, where you can buy jewelry and other Mexican homeade goods, have a massage, or eat fresh lobster, fish and shrimp right off the boat.

There is a beautiful green bicycle/walking path adjacent to the development that runs along the beach.
