Came right after hurricane and was able to stay with a last minute booking. Erinn accommodated us when we were dealing with some moving parts with another booking that was delayed. She had to make some calls with VRBO to work around some things and we were so grateful!Awesome location, Rosemary is amazing and we could walk to everything. A lot of great places to eat and shops, and of course the beach close by!

Beds were very comfy- property plenty big enough for the four of us. Kitchen well enough stocked to easily make a few dinners - big back yard! All in all a great stay- would recommend!

Nice property overall. Very minor details like no soap for shower, no pizza cutter, shower rod in guest bath broken, and main front door is almost inoperable due to sticking.

Even though we try, it's impossible to make sure the house is 100% perfect. We have a rapid response system in place via text so we are able to send our housing manager and/or handyman to fix issues at a convenient time for renters - we could've sent the handy man for the door and had the house manager drop off shampoo and a pizza cutter. Next time, please let us know ASAP so we can make your stay virutually perfect!

Overall a great stay outside of a few minor hiccups. Erin was always available to answer any questions and got back to us right away. The place was big enough for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). The beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! We loved Rosemary Beach! Erinn was so easy to communicate with. The home is lovely and a quick walk to the beach & downtown. The beds were comfortable (which is always my concern with rentals!). I appreciated having chairs and a wagon for the beach. The umbrella was broken, but I suspect that was from a previous renter. Overall, the house was clean & provided all that we needed.

This home and property are so ideal for a family that may have a disabled or elderly person, or an arthritic dog. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was a blessing to have down there with the kitchen, eating area, dining room, and half bath! And so much access to a huge back yard with a beautiful outdoor grilling space AND a screened in porch. Really a dream for those that value outdoor space We loved every second of our time here and hope we get lucky enough to rent this home again soon!

The house was in a great location for us and relaxing outside by the fireplace. The kitchen was beyond fully stocked making our stay even better. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. The house has great amenities only thing missing were bikes, but they were easy to rent. We visit Rosemary a few times throughout the year and We will definitely look to stay again.

Thank you - we used to have bikes on site, but one disappeared and if something went wrong with the other bike while riding, there was no place to go for a quick fix. So we thought renting probably better!

Perfect spot in Rosemary and great hosts

Highly recommend this spot in Rosemary. Easy walk to main square and beach. Hosts were very available and easy to get a hold of. House was very clean.
