Come and make beautiful memories in the family friendly Ocean City, New Jersey (OCNJ), offering comfort and relaxation with the amenities of home. The private entrance to this home is on the right-hand side of the property. This is a non-smoking, 2nd floor duplex on the ocean side of West Avenue. This location is ideal; close to the beach & boardwalk (6 blocks), bay (3 blocks) and just behind Asbury Avenue where all the boutiques, cafes & general shopping is - no more paying for parking on the busy street of Asbury Avenue! We are 1/2 block from the weekly Farmer’s Market.

Our home offers an open floor plan with sleeping accommodations for 7. The great room boasts a beautiful vaulted ceiling offering plenty of natural light. The kitchen features granite counter tops and a center island with seating for two. The dining area has a custom banquette which provides additional seating. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven range, side by side fridge (with ice maker and purified water dispenser), dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, electric skillet, blender, hand mixer, immersion blender, all necessary service ware, cookware and cooking utensils.

The adjoining family room includes a 50-inch flat screen HDTV with Roku and is situated above a gas fireplace. The family room has a sofa, love seat and a comfortable swivel chair. The kitchen and family room open to the covered front deck; perfect to wake up to or unwind on from a fun-filled day at the beach.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a beautiful seagrass headboard, flat screen TV with Roku and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV with Roku. The third bedroom offers a twin bunk with twin trundle. This unique bunk bed has stairs that go up to the top bunk for easy bed making and extra storage.

This property has central air conditioning and a full-size washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and family room, giving you that breezy summer feel. An enclosed private outdoor shower allows for easy clean up after a day at the beach.

There is driveway parking and ample street parking (as available) in the front of the house (no meters). Next to the driveway, there is a convenient clothesline making it easy to hang your suits and towels for use the next day. It is a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk & beaches and is right next to the skate park. The wonderful shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue begin just one short block away.

*We ask you supply your own linens specific to the bed sizes for each room; 1 king, 1 queen, 3 twin and also your own bath & beach towels.

Weekly and weekend rental rates are available throughout the year as indicated. Weekly rentals run from Saturday through Saturday. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am. For rentals less than a week, a $100 cleaning fee will be added.
