Many great restaurants fantastic library and up to date movies theater. also featured TV, laundry off large kitchen, central air, attached 2 car garage and plenty land for children to play. PET friendly. AND gorgeous SUN ROOM. Internet service.

Scenic Golf Course Views

The outstanding feature of this house was the expansive views from the sunroom in the back of the house overlooking the green hills of the Connestee Falls Golf Club. It has a dining table so we ate all our meals out there watching the herd of deer feed in the mornings and evenings. Also enjoyed the white squirrel and birds. Very peaceful. You can walk around the golf course on a nice asphalt path in the mornings or evenings also once golfers are done. Excellent location with short walk down to Lake Atagahi Park where you can launch your kayaks for a paddle. Only 15 min drive into town for supplies at a large Ingles grocery store. We recommend the Bracken Bakery in Brevard for the best scones ever! Lots of great hiking opportunities in the area also. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need.

Stunning neighborhood; nice, comfortable house

We found this house to be better than it appeared in the online photos. VERY well-equipped, with every possible convenience on hand (from shampoo to extra -new-toothbrushes). The deck and sunroom were delightful places to work, eat, or relax as a family. We LOVED exploring the many miles of unbelievably lush and beautiful hiking trails that are private to this neighborhood. Access to the golf club, tennis, pickleball and swimming pool were a lovely bonus, not to mention the spring-fed lake just across the street. Annette was a delight to work with, and even had a fresh loaf of bread from a local baker to welcome us upon arrival. We will be back!

Great place and would stay again

My wife and I ride mtb and this place was awesome. The unit had everything we needed and great proximity to our riding destinations. Ann was very helpful and I appreciate her help. We would stay here again. : )
