This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Couple’s Getaway

This cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed or could want to never even have to leave the cabin, since we brought food with us. We loved the having the pool table to play and the pool was nice. The property was clean and well taken care of. We did have to call customer service with an issue getting the door locked, but they were very friendly and helpful. Explained what we needed to do to get the doors locked and made sure we got everything locked before hanging up. We even received a call mid-stay from management to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well with our stay. I would definitely recommend these cabins to anyone looking for a nice romantic couples getaway or a large family vacation!!!

This cabin made the trip more enjoyable. It was better than we expected from the pictures. It's a perfect place for a couple to spend relaxing. We sat outside by the fireplace and/or relaxed in the pool often while listening to birds. The place was clean and perfect for 2 people!! One thing we were not sure about before we arrived was the privacy. While it is in the resort and there are other cabins around, the position of this cabin on the hill made us feel like we were by ourselves. It was wonderful!!!Thank you!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented the Urban Cowboy for our anniversary. The place was definitely meant for two. It definitely has an open feel. Lots of windows and the bathtub truly was wonderful. It was clean and the staff was exceptional. However, for the price I would have expected to feel more secluded or had a better view. You can see a small part of the mountains from the bathroom but sadly not much more throughout the rest of the cabin. Also, please note that this cabin is in a subdivision style setting. Neighboring cabins are very close by. You still have lots of privacy due to the woods behind the cabin but I can imagine in the fall and winter months you'd have less coverage. If you're looking for a modern twist with a cabin feel this is it but if you're not wanting to drive 15 to 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg you may keep looking.

Reviewer Comments: This cabin had everything we needed to relax and also enjoy our alone time. The arcade machine was quite fun and unexpected. Unfortunately, there were a few cons, and due to our short 2 nights stay- We didn’t reach out to the property management to correct. Hopefully, they correct for the the next guests. There were dead mini centipedes on all 3 floors. Sometimes you wouldn’t see them, but you found them when you stepped on them. They were also on window ledges, so it doesn’t appear that the cleaning team put in the extra effort. The bathroom tub spa feature did not work, nor did the hot tub lights. I left this in a voicemail to notify management. Overall this cabin was a great design and was a great deal of fun for my husband and I.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to the management company only communicating by text message, we had a little difficulty locating the cabin. The cabin was beautiful, it was decorated nice. We arrived late on Thursday, unpacked and hit the bed. On Friday night we checked the pool, turned on the waterfall and discovered it was pouring in ice cold water, immediately turned it off, shortly afterwards we saw there were relatively large black spiders coming in thru thru the skimmer. We decided to try the dry sauna, it didn't work at all, neither the pool area restroom.Saturday morning we woke to a ceiling full off yellow jackets in the upstairs bathroom and tub area. I attempted to call property management several times and was disconnected each time i tried to speak to an operator. I texted property management on the number that provided the room codes at 9am to explain and copied them on photos of the yellow jackets and the excessive dust on all the window sills and duct work, we finally received a call back while we were in Pigeon Forge having dinner at 6pm.We enjoyed ourselves, but the upkeep on the cabin should have been addressed before we arrived. We still enjoyed our 40th Anniversary even though we had a few speed bumps during our stay. I will visit Elk Springs again and i will choose another cabin, and will inspect it thoroughly upon arrival. The prices were great, the area the cabins are located are very pretty, great views. I would suggest management have ample staff to operate the phones on the weekends, just in case.I can provide photos and videos of the yellow jackets and the debris on the window sills, the excessive dust bunnies on the heating ducts in needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are currently staying in the Urban Cowboy cabin in Gatlinburg. We rented it for our honeymoon with high expectations and spent a good chunk of money. Upon arriving we had to wait for an exterminator truck to exit before we could get in, we then went to use the restroom and realized that light did not work. Then we went to look around the cabin and discovered that the pool area was very muggy and the ceiling was covered in condensation. When we looked in the pool we noticed that the floor was dirty and then noticed that it had more than ten bugs in it. We have not been able to use the pool and we have been here since Monday. Last night we tried using the fireplace and noticed that it was not working. We then went to use the sauna and realized that that too was not working. Essentially, everything that we payed extra for (quite a bit more than other cabins of equal caliber) does not work. Today, while waiting on the maintenance man to come and fix the sauna, we went to play the arcade game and discovered that that too did not work. Also, upon reaching for some silverware, we discovered that some of that was dirty and still had dried food particles on it. We most certainly would not have spent the amount of money that we did had we known that nothing was going to work. We are not satisfied with our stay. We were hoping to find a company that we could trust and continue to use in the future. We are impressed with the responsiveness of the staff, but we are not impressed that we have had so many issues in which to come to the realization.

Hubby’s birthday trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our check-in delayed due to the cleaners not being on schedule. When we arrived it was dark. We did our shopping for the week came back & went to bed. The next morning we realized the place was dirty (dry urine on the front of the toilet, food on dishes sticky floors), the gaming devise didn’t work, the pool fountain wasn’t working properly causing a slimy green material the maintenance team called copper patina from the cleansing system, but I called algae.; as patina doesn’t come off on your fingers as green slime. After being hung up on by cust svc and having an entire day of maintenance in & out of the cabin evaluating the pool, & many tears, they agreed to move us to a different cabin. It ended well, but a very difficult & combative missed day! The customer isn’t always right here.

The cabin had so many views and things to do and WOW the outside fireplace and gazebo are a must to take time to just relax, rewind and revive. The pool was fun but note it’s not heated. 😂. Elk Springs Resort for the win yet again! They have never failed us with any cabin we have stayed in!!

Don't waste your time here....

Cabin is small and uncomfortable, pool is useless. Elk Springs offered us a 3 o'clock checkin then delayed us by over an hour and a half. Maintenance showed up on day two interrupting our massages that we had scheduled. Nevermind that we did not request maintenance for anything. Neighbors were loud to the point we could hear them over our tv. Elk Springs refuses to accept responsibility for any issue.

My only complaint was the front door didn't click and close securely without locking it. The door actually came open while I was gone and I assumed the wind pushed it open but I was for sure I had locked the door. The sauna wasn't available due to needing a part. Was a little disappointed about that but, I understand things happen. Overall, I really loved the cabin and will definitely book this one again

Perfect Cozy Honeymoon

The cabin was clean and was stocked with all the necessary items you would need to cook, wash dishes and clean your clothes during your stay. The location was close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas which was great for us being new to Tennessee, and wanting to visit new places. Overall, the cabin was wonderful and the staff was attentive if we had any questions. We definitely want to stay at an L Elk Springs resort in the future!

This cabin is having maintenance issues, the shower had standing water it, the sinks in the bedroom and kitchen barely drain. The tub was dirty, my wife actually cleaned it before using it. The pool was dirty with dead bugs in it and the water felt slimy. We’ve stayed here before when we first got married for our honeymoon and didn’t have these issues. But this time around, not so good!
