Beautiful 4,000 square foot home with it's own 2 slip dock on the 24 mile marker of the main channel. Home features some of the best views of the lake. Great
for a family retreat or corporate gathering. Great for bachelorette and bachelor gatherings as there is a bar right next door.
Features include 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms-(three full and two 1/2's),
sauna in the master, game room includes pool table, poker table, two arcade games,
sectional seating area, flat panel tv, and
refrigerator. Swim dock, boat dock, and covered gazebo.

Boat slip sizes- 2 Slips: 10x40 and 14x40

There are 3 California king beds, two fulls and two twins.

This home is fully equipped with coffee machine, patio furniture,
large BBQ grill, all kitchen utensils, pans,
pots, cutlery, plates and central vac. Fully
equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Office located off kitchen has fouton for extra sleeping, wireless
internet and office desk and chair.

Home is located next door to the famous Paradise Tropical
Restaurant & Bar.

The house itself is nice and decorated cute. These are the following things that weren't as nice. The worst thing that isn't explained on VRBO is that unless you have a very small car, you can't drive down to the driveway. There is truck parked behind the bar all the time that prevents there being enough room to get down there, so be prepared to have to carry all your luggage, food, etc...down a huge incline and then stairs on the property when you arrive and back up when you depart. No bathroom hand towels (had to purchase our own), No bathroom rugs (had to purchase our own), Needed add'l TP/Papertowels, Gutter over door from house to gazebo leaked when it was raining/needs to be cleaned, cushions on the gazebo furniture are completely worn out, no shower caddy in the showers or shelf to put any shower products, main oven was filthy, bathroom mirrors were filthy, a great deal of leftover food was left in the fridge, which didn't work when we arrived, master bath toilet room fan needs to be fixed. Overall, this could be a GREAT property to rent but just feels like things have been done cheaply. It's advertised as an "executive" rental, but I'm an executive and it isn't at the standard for that.

Positives- The house interior is beautiful with a stunning view of the lake and accurately described. We had an unbeatable viewing location for 4th of July fireworks. The restaurant next door is very convenient and a fun atmosphere. Negatives- There are minimal bath towels and essentially no hand/kitchen towels requiring our group of 10 to do multiple loads of laundry per day. The game room could use some serious improvements as the majority of the games are broken/don’t work and it was also filthy. Likewise, the outdoor seating areas have potential but need updated furniture and a good cleaning.

Lake life is the best!

Beautiful home that accommodates children, adults, and seniors. Lots of spaces that allowed us to play games, shoot pool, relax on the patio and fish from the dock.This home is right on the water with a gorgeous view!

Ozarks Perfection

Beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice. The garage gameroom was a pleasant surprise, and the sauna was the cherry on top. The driveway is a nightmare, but negotiable for the fearless driver. All of the employees next door at Paradise are awesome people and practically family. Enjoy your stay. This property will not let you down. Just be sure to bring an extra fly swatter.

Bachelor Paradise

Overall, this property is great for a Bachelor setting. However, the sauna was not working and the Golden Tee in the garage is hooked up such that all of the buttons are backwards. However, the restaurant next door is awesome and the dock/location are idea!

Great house. Beautifully decorated. Located literally right next door to Paradise. So we literally ate and went there daily. Host was pretty communicative when needed and accommodating. Tv in the downstairs living room didnt work, but we were out most the time. Beautiful lake view

We loved the house and our stay there. The main rooms are very spacious! The owner is not great at communicating in a timely manner. The driveway is very steep! If you have a large vehicle it may be sketchy to pull all the way up to the door. It was nice to be right next door to the restaurant but we had personal items stolen off the dock in the middle of the night from bar goers.

The house is way better than the pictures. It’s stunning. The kids absolutely loved it. We were able to kayak and fish and play all day outside by the pier. We cooked and the kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was very easy to get a hold off. We are very happy with our stay.

Perfect lake house for a big group

Very nice large house located in the middle of everything at the lake. Being next to a restaurant worried me a bit but it was no problem. The driveway to the house is very steep and a sharp turn...probably best for a SUV but there was parking above and plenty of extra parking at the restaurant (pretty sure the owners of the house and restaurant were the same people). Highly recommend the house and the location.
