This is a two double bedroomed house 5mins to St Johns, Dickinson Bay
and Runaway beaches.
The house sleeps 2-4 people and is air conditioned with cable tv,
washing machine, stove, fridge, internet & telephone and bbq.
The friendly owners live next door and are on hand for any help you
may need or directions.
Buses to town do run on the main road, which is a short 5minute walk
from the house, but a hire car is recommended.
Shops are just a 5min walk away and a major shopping area is 5mins drive.
Golf facilities are 5mins drive away also.

Nice house A/Cin both rooms only but worked fine for my husband and I, property is located in same yard as the owners but that was fine as they gave us our space , felt very safe,and hot water to shower was a plus.

Holiday stay

My husband and I stayed in this house. Although it was not beside the beach as we thought, is was a very enjoyable stay. The owners mother and care taker was very friendly, and we felt that if we needed any assistance, we could ask. Tha house is adequate so we enjoy our stay. The breeze on the varander is to die for, It was soo great. We would return if we needed.

Dickensen Bay is only a 1-1/2 mile walk, and grocery stores are also close-by. The wireless Internet service was great, but be sure to bring an international phone as the cottage did not have one.

Great little cottage

We enjoyed our stay. What a nice little property. Ms. Paul greeted us and got us set up. The property was as described, with two roomy air-conditioned bedrooms. The living space is a bit cramped, but was fine for just the two of us. The property was clean with all the basic amenities. There is a small veranda where we sat for our morning coffee and watched the humming birds. The property is on a busy street, so it does get a bit loud. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Very reasonable property

A few good eateries within 5 minutes walk. We had issues with wifi which were server related but frustrating and most inconvenient Property very secure with entry in gate with padlock and double keyed locks on front and back doors. To secure car you must alert property caretaker who will open secured gate via remote from her home. A/c worked well and there is a dorm sized fridge, washer on site. Like a lotte restaurant 3 minutes away and great for lunch, dinner, as well as coffee. Good grocery stores nearby, 15 minutes from airport, good beaches within 10 minutes drive.

I would stay there again and tell anyone that would listen to me about amazing place. The only negative I would mention is the phone number is incorrect so I had a hard time getting in touch with the property managers. I would rent again.
