So happy you had a great vacation & can't wait for you to return! I would like to clarify that the condo building is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. The pool & barbeque area is the full width of our building and faces the beach, so when you leave the pool, you step directly on the beach. I just wanted to share that important info for future guests who haven't been here.

Thanks for your wonderful review. I always have 6 each: towels, hand towels, washcloths and beach towels for up to 6 guests as that is what the experts suggested even though there was 4 of you. I wish you would have let me know that you needed more towels, as I have extra in the storage that you could of helped yourself to. I loved the lights & ornaments you put on the 2 Palm Trees! Hi Diane, I am so happy you had a nice vacation and enjoyed the condo, beach and pool. The tile floor is vacumned and steamed in between guests. I don't know if you had the sliding doors open that brought the dirt in on the floors but I would have been happy to reclean the tile had you shared that with me in our texts. So Sorry it took longer for the a/c part to arrive.. none of the stores had it locally, but thank goodness the ac worked until it did arrive and was fixed while you were there and is still working perfectly. Day1: I sent Bev a welcome text. Day 4: Bev texted they were enjoying & love the condo and the area. Day 6: she texted about renting the same condo for next year. Right before checkout: Bev texted how unhappy she was with the condo. This 100% turnaround shocked me! When all is great until the last night. The condo is thoroughly cleaned between each guest & floors are vacumned and steam mopped . I advised I would have had the floor remopped had she communicated with me. Being on the beach, sand and dirt is easily tracted into the condo during the guest stay. She advised everything else was very clean: kitchen counter top, fridge, toilets, showers etc. and the beds were very comfortable. I asked how she thought the condo was outdated & worn. She said ceiling fans were old and she didn't like the wall decor, which is a total of 7 paintings through out the condo. Everything else was fine! Other guests have loved the fans and paintings and commented how clean everthing is . I want all my guests to enjoy my condo and have the best vacation ever! I look forward to hosting you !

New living room furniture was purchased Feb 2020 , May 2020 new tile installed through out and new vanities in bathroom. and condo is deep cleaned regularly. Hope you return soon.

FIRST: This is not a scam or blindside. It makes me very happy when my guests love my condo as much as I do & I want you to have the best vacation ever! The office notified guests in Dec. because the Roof Contractor started then. The roof was to be completed & was before the guests arrived in Feb, so no need to advise guests arriving in Feb of this. The Building Construction was done by another company. They were having permit issues & backed up from the hurricane & didn't have a start date. The date they started, I was at the condo & when I saw they were mobilizing, I sent out the email immediately, as stated in this review, BUT with a sentence at the end asking if you have any problems with this construction, please let me know NOW. I received confirmations & only one guest said the construction would be a problem because she has a small baby, so we cancelled her reservation & refunded her money. On Sat March 10 upon checkin, I reminded these guests again that construction will be M-F 830a-4p. They said no problem, we plan on being at the beach. Also, the reservation stated it was for 2 adults & 4 adults were staying at my condo. I didn't say anything. Then almost daily, I heard from them complaining about the construction. There is nothing I can do. I am 1 of 55 owners. We owners wish we didn't have to have the construction repairs as well. It cost each of us a huge assessment, but we have no choice, it must be done. Most all of the condos in our building are rented out now during construction as well as all year. We have an office on site that rents for most of the owners, at $125 a week more than me & they are giving no discounts during construction. Some guests vacation here to enjoy & stay all day at the beach. Others go to Busch Gardens, some fish, some explore & return after 5. What I am saying is that I don't know what each guest has planned for their vacation & how this construction will affect them. All I can do is what I did. This guest also mentioned they were going Sat taking the boat from Ft Myers to Key West which leaves early am & returns late pm. I said why don't you go during the week to avoid the construction noise that you are complaining about, since Sat & Sun there is no construction here. Their response: well the guys have their golf games during the week. So it made me question them. Guess the noise couldn't have been too bad.
