A vacation condo that can fit up to 8 people comfortably and is located 1 block from the water. Several restaurants, bars, shops are in walking distance to the condo! Private back porch with grill and outside shower! Chairs available as well as a Washer & Dryer inside condo! Full kitchen with dishes, silverware, and 6 person table available to guest. 2 bedroom + 2 and a 1/2 baths. TV & DVD player provided in den/living area for guest. Right across the street from Grand Dunes Hotel where a beach lifeguard is on duty at all times o the summer. Ice Cream truck stops every single day for children - a highlight for our families little ones every year!

The place was very nice, and fairly clean. My guest only complained about. There was no TV in the bedroom MASTER BEDROOM. And the rooms was a little dusty. But outside of that pretty clean. Yes I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. If you are looking for a place close to the beach that’s affordable this is a great place to stay. A 10 minute drive to most attractions in the area. Host was great and answered quickly. Overall really enjoyed our stay here. I recommend to anyone looking for a trip to this area.

We loved the townhouse and its location. One block from the beach! Seemed like a safe location, we never felt uncomfortable going out alone. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and extra bedding. The newly remodeled kitchen was nice. Over all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
