This beach house is a one acre secluded oasis in Hither Woods. Walking distance to Hither Hills park and the beach. Charming 3 bedroom, 3 full bath and open living space. Screened in porch surrounded by nature and in the shade for cool summer afternoons. Outdoor shower with rain showerhead is a post beach must. Weber grill on the deck makes for perfect summer night grilling. And large outdoor deck with comfortable seating rounds out the experience. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available for use.

Lovely home!

We had an incredible stay! Doug is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The house is bright and airy - and the property is so pretty (love the firepit!). Great spot for our family of 4 (including 2 teens) to enjoy our first trip to Montauk. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect beach getaway

Doug was an amazing host with a beautiful home. Very clean space well equipped with the essentials. Lots of indoor and outdoor lounge space, private and tucked away, and a great outdoor shower. Very close to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend

Wonderful Beach House

My family and I had a great 4 days in MTK at Doug’s home. House was as advertised very cute with a beachy feel. Beach pass for Hither Hills available less than 1 mile from house. Would definitely return in the future.

Mtk! Great stay

Doug was an amazing host! Always super responsive and made sure his home had everything we could possibly need for a great weekend in Montauk! The house is in a great location and Doug was kind enough to give us beach access at Hither Hills State Beach, which was much less crowded then the rest of Montauk beaches. Would definitely stay here again! :)

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for low effort rental that comes as advertised. Doug is a great host and the house is in a great location close to downtown montauk and hither hills beach. The fact that it has 3 full bathrooms for 3 bedrooms is HUGE especially if you have multiple couples or a bunch of friends staying there. 10/10 would definitely go back again.

Great week in Montauk

My family of 4 (kids 11 & 9) had a fantastic week at this property. The house was exactly as advertised and came with a few extras we didn't anticipate but appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone and we are already talking about when we can come back out and stay here again.
