Beautiful place

Spacious place, super comfortable, and clean. Loved that it was on the second floor so could easily take stairs when we didn’t need the elevator. Great location, walking distance to restaurants on Flagler, and steps from the beach. Some construction on building next door but didn’t bother us.

Condo was in a great location and just as pictured. Very Clean. Kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of towels, sheets and blankets for our whole group. Check in and out was well organized and easy. There was major construction going on next door, but I realize this area had some major storms not too long ago. We would stay here again or recommend for sure.

We loved everything about this elegant, modern, private and BEAUTIFUL property. Everything in the home was in great shape. Plenty of kitchen stuff to cook great meals with. Home away from home

We loved our stay for sure! Although out air conditioner did not work, the breeze was awesome! The queen bed make a lot of noise ( squeaky). The location was close to town & you can walk to Flagler Ave. Good places to eat & shopping. 20 min. drive to Daytona Beach. The codes for the beach & pool was a small problem, but the locals were more than kind to help out. All in all we loved it & will look forward to going back! It as a great place to relax & unwind!

July 4th Getaway

My family stayed at the condo for nine days. The unit is beautiful and the location is perfect with easy access to the swimming pool, the beach and the restaurants and stores on Flagler Street. One negative aspect is the construction taking place on the building next-door. We were not aware of that when we rented. Any future renters need to be aware that construction starts at 7 AM and it’s quite loud. Also, the bedsheets in the master bedroom were dirty, so we had to clean them upon our arrival. And the floor in several areas of the condo was also dirty. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I was very impressed by the condo. More than was expected. you have definitely captured the luxurious florida living. Only one concern that I had was that there was a known fire alarm situation where apparently the system was in drill mode and happened to go off at 1am. Residents evacuated but no emergency dispatches were made. As renters we called 911 and police and fire showed up and asked US where the fire panel was. It was eventually addressed on the following Monday but as of check out time it was still unoperationall.

Nice place with a few downsides...

Very nice condo. It was clean, spacious and well stocked for the 7 of us. It was also tastefully decorated. We loved the location with nice views. On the downside, the beds, other than the master bedroom, were not comfortable. The master bedroom was great though. The hot tub was out of order for all of our trip except for a few hours. Maintenance did show up 2 times that we know of, but the problem was not fixed. Also, there were no grills on the property which we thought there would be. Fortunately, the owners had a big George Foreman grill that worked great. Finally, the property next door was undergoing some major renovations. Our balcony was right there which took away the quiet enjoyment of the ocean view. Luckily, the workers usually wrapped up by midafternoon. It just would have been nice to know this before we selected this place.

My Wife and I have been coming to NSB for over 50yrs. This is the best place we have stayed in as a rented property. Clean, updated and many amenities. The location is within a couple blocks of Flagler Avenue and there are plenty of things to do. Beach views are great and beach access is easy. We most certainly will be back !!

Perfect location of this family friendly condo!

Family vacation in New Smyrna Beach could not have been better! This condo has everything you need. The king master suite has a very comfortable mattress, large Jacuzzi bathtub, large shower, and sliding door to the balcony. We watched the amazing sunrises over the ocean every morning. The queen master also has it's own bathroom with large shower and the 3rd bedroom is perfect for 4 kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, mixing bowls, ect. Comfortable couches and large TV in the living room were perfect. The pictures do not do this condo justice. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and clean. The ocean is only steps away. I recommend this condo. Flagler avenue is within walking distance with plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores. We drove to Universal 1 day and to Kennedy space center another. We are already planning our next stay!
