We loved our time here, wish it could have been longer! The creek was a delight and entertaining for the kids - safe to walk and play around in. Close enough to town but secluded and peaceful. There was a maintenance problem the management company responded to within 24 hours. Would definitely stay again!!!

Property its self was amazing. The road coming in not so much. But thats at no fault of the property owners. Sat at the fire at night just listening to the stream and relaxing. Was great to get my kid away from screens f9r a weekend

The cabin was extremely clean! The creek/river that runs around the property was heavenly. There was even another small waterfall right across the street within our viewing area. We sat out on the deck each morning to have our breakfast and just enjoy the scenery and listen to the water. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The owners provide everything you need to grill out and even roast marshmallows. This was not in our plans, but with such a welcoming fire pit and skewers available, we had to take advantage of the opportunity. We will definitely be back!
The creek/ river runs right around the property.
The additional waterfall, across the street, was a nice bonus.
The view from the bridge.
Backyard fire pit and charcoal grill.

Relaxing weekend

Clean and secluded. The creek was full and a great addition to the property. The porch and deck were nice and the fire pit was a great amenity.

Two massive detractors. The cabin is located very near the Cherokee marijuana farm. Going to and coming from the cabin meant you had to constantly smell pot. I'm not a smoker, gummy eater, or anything of the sort, so for that reason alone, I will never go back to this cabin. Other detractor. The internet wifi was horrible. 0.17mbps download speed, 0.23mbps upload speed. It took over 30 minutes to just load email. Had to go to town to do anything more complex than email, or use data link from phone (wherever available). Aside from those two, cabin was nice, clean, kitchen had all the appliances needed, shower and bathroom was clean and modern, no lack of hot water. Beds weren't very comfortable, but also not the worst. I'd say it was a mediocre stay overall.

Perfect mother/daughter adventure

I stayed for two nights with my 9 year old while we visited the park. Check in was easy and the cabin was exceptionally clean and tidy, with every comfort we could want. The creek and waterfall were magical, especially in the evening when the lightning bugs came out. Close enough to town to get food, but still gave the feeling of escaped the road is close and the occasional vehicle drove by, but it didn’t take away from the feeling of privacy. We had some heavy rain during our stay and we did not encounter any trouble with the cabin or the road. It was a great place to rest and dry off after a soggy hike in the park and some playing in the river.

Great getaway

The place is in great setting. Clean and comfortable. The only thing the grill did not have propane? Was it supposed to? Or was I to bring my own? I also asked for an 11am checkout but was not answered.

Peaceful and relaxing

We spent most of our time on the front porch or outback even though it was cold, drinking coffee enjoying the sound of the creek or the fire. The only thing is the phone/internet service was very slow. *Very cozy cabin would stay here again*

Weekend Getaway

We had a quick trip to visit the polar express and this property did not disappoint. It’s close to town, down an easy dirt/gravel road, and the creek in the yard is wonderful. There is even a waterfall across the road. We will definitely be back during the warm weather to enjoy the front porch and the hiking trails near by!

Great view!

We loved being right on the stream and hearing the rushing water! The sofa was super comfortable, and the kitchen had what we needed. Would have liked to have a smart tv, but otherwise great!

Quaint cabin on a beautiful babbling stream

The perfect mountain getaway. We spent a lot of time on the front porch even though it was chilly, sipping our tea & coffee and enjoying the babbling stream. Cute & perfect spot to chill.

Nice cabin on stream

Had a great time here. Easy drive to Cherokee, great Smokey mountains NP and blue ridge parkway. Stream and water fall were great. Love the sound of the babbling stream. Wifi was more like dial up speed.

Nice cabin, good location

The cabin is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood seems safe. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is convenient to both Cherokee and Bryson City. We loved the sound of the creek and left the windows open to hear it.

Nice and relaxing

Very cute and quiet little cabin. We wanted something with a creek and this was perfect. We slept with the window open and listened to the creek. Settled in between Bryson City and Cherokee, it was a short drive to both. Highly recommend eating breakfast at the Everett Street Diner but get there early.

Booked this property by looking at the creek pictures. However, it was so much more. It was amazin

Pictures did not do this cabin justice. It was an amazing place to rest and relax. Lots of things to do. We just rode the mountains and looked at waterfalls. It was all I wanted and more.

Beautiful setting

Rural beautiful setting, about half way between Bryson City and the Cherokee entrance to Smoky Mountain National Park. This location worked great for us. When we were not off hiking and exploring, we enjoyed the flowing creek right next to the cabin. The open kitchen great room worked well. This cabin made our trip to the Smokies even more enjoyable.
